Yuu Shimamura is one of the minor recurring character in Omamori Himari anime and manga.
The Class Representative of Yuuto, Rinko, and Himari's class.
In the XP4 fics, Yuu debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Mission Chronicles.
In the AWA fics, Yuu is listed as a purchased slave from the Slave Fortress and is later rescued. She later attends the AWA Academy as a student.
Appearance[]
Yuu is a young high school girl with short violet hair with wide bangs covering some portions of her forehead and sky blue eyes. She wears a light blue, cross-shaped hair barrette on the left side of her hair, and also wears a pair of semi-rimmed glasses with oval lenses. She is currently wearing a yellow buttoned vest over a white dress shirt with gray ribbon tie, dark-green skirt, black high socks and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Yuu has a friendly and outgoing personality, shown when she invites Himari over to the beach. She has also been shown to get along well with Yuto and Rinko (albeit from the fact she has larger breasts than the latter), and often jokes around with them when it comes to romantic topics, especially their close relationship with each other. She is also shown to be an otaku, once doing a witch cosplay at the school festival and referencing a harem dating sim she played while convincing Rinko to make it "a done deal".

Yuu is part of the Heroes Coalitions and is a member of The Hunting Team. She also attends the Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Mission Chronicles[]
In Chapter 50, Yuu got mind-controlled by Ikaros Azaroth off-screen and is seen in the hallways of the St. Santiago Cram School where she attacked Buckles Murphy, Gill Norman and Joash Ebony but they defeated her.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 145, Yuu is announced as a new member of The Hunting Team.
In Chapter 146, Yuu is seen inside the training area of the Training Camp where she met up with Krulcifer Einfolk, Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Yousuke Hanamura, and told Marcus that the members of the Insanity requested his presence to which he obliged. She then made her leave.

- Shimamura's name (which was not revealed until Chapter 49), is derived from voice actress Yu Shimamura who voiced her in the anime.
