Viktor Vale is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Viktor is wandering minstrel who would help people from different towns through spreading music. Viktor has animosity towards Waltrud Krupinski, it was then revealed that Waltrud once flirted with Viktor's fiancee which resulted for the fiancee questioning her sexuality, this caused a friction between their relationship which ended in a break-up that devastated Viktor to this day, Waltrud tried to apologize but Viktor was not one to forgive.
Viktor debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Strike Witches.
Appearance[]
Viktor is a tall young man with a messy black hair and a slightly thick facial hairs with dark eyes. He is currently wearing a black tight shirt, black ripped pants and black shoes. He had several black accessories around his neck, a white towel wrapped around his shoulders, a torn red scarf wrapped around his right wrist and torn blue scarf on the left and a dark aviator glasses hanging on his shirt's collar.
Personality[]
Viktor is calm and peaceful, and loves to play the guitar and spread music to everyone. Despite his peaceful exterior, Viktor at times can hold a grudge and would act cold towards anyone who has done him wrong. He is also a close friend to Keisuke Hijikata.

Viktor is a member of the Heroes Coalitions as a Solo Hero. He also attends the Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Strike Witches[]
In the Epilogue, Viktor wandering around the countryside while strumming a guitar when he came across a wolfman devouring an Emotionless and after greeting the creature, the wolfman transformed into Keisuke Hijikata whom greeted him back.

Viktor is a Blessed with a Gift called Deadly Melody which gives him the ability to kill anyone with any rhythm from his guitar or any instruments he had but that depends on the situation
