The Creepy Guy is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
The Creepy Guy is a poisonous friend of Akatora Tsujimiya, Buckles Murphy and Gill Norman.
The Creepy Guy debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
Appearance[]
The Creepy Guy has a creepy appearance, he had a pale skin tone, a messy silver hair but the most disturbing part about his face is his eyes are covered with black tapes in a cross shape and his mouth is stitched with white strings but can still open his mouth. He is currently wearing a black high-collar jacket over a cheetah printed shirt, black pants and blue rubber shoes.
Personality[]
The Creepy Guy speaks in broken words. He is a self-admitted pervert, lolicon, stalker, and masochist as well as numerous other fetishes. He apparently knows several girl's address, as Buckles and Gill got this piece of information from him, and suspects him as a stalker.

The Creepy Guy is a member of the Heroes Coalitions as a trainee. He also attends at Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 4, the Creepy Guy is seen alongside Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy, Gillian "Gill" Norman and Akatora Tsujimiya hanging out inside a treehouse on the Withered Tree at the Training Campgrounds. They got into a conversation where Buckles often gets the attention of girls which he denied. After deciding on a bet, Buckles drops down from the treehouse when Lyndel Flamburge arrives and gave him her number, much to Buckles' shock and Akatora & the Creepy Guy's jealousy. The two then proceeds to beat Buckles up while Gill watches them in amusement.
In Chapter 21, are watching movie inside a tree house on top of the Withered Tree somewhere in the Training Camp at Neo-City.
In Chapter 30, the Creepy Guy is seen inside the cafeteria of the Vanguard Academy watching Felipe Ignacio do a comedy act.
In Chapter 34, the Creepy Guy, alongside Akatora Tsujimiya, Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy and Gillian "Gill" Norman, are seen climbing the Withered Tree somewhere in the frontyard of the Training Camp.
In Chapter 43, the Creepy Guy made his presence at the Animal Center of Neo-City where he came across Fluttershy Breeze, Kaban, Lynette Bishop, Miles "Tails" Prower, Rolf Yrmi, Serval and Sonic the Hedgehog. He then asked for a raccoon that he can skin alive and then found himself getting beaten up by Fluttershy after enraging her.

The Creepy Guy is an Oracle but his powers are yet to be demonstrated.

- The Creepy Guy has a distinctive laugh, sounding like "Keh-keh-keh".
- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actor for The Creepy Guy are Yoshihisa Kawahara and Scott Freeman (both voiced Pierce Aogami from Toaru Majutsu no Index).
