Sandalwood is a character from the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls franchise.

Sandalwood is a student at Canterlot High School. He is best friends with Micro Chips and Flash Sentry.

In the AWA fics, Sandalwood, going by the full name of Cecil Sandalwood, is a student at the AWA Academy.

In the XP4 fics, Sandalwood debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Canterlot High Nightmares.

In the DAMNiverse fics, Sandalwood debuted in DAMNiverse! Of Eds and Magic: Equestria Girls.

Appearance

Sandalwood is a tall, young man with a light-amber skin tone, has emerald-green eyes and has a long green hair tied in dreads. He wears a brown vest over a red t-shirt, blue pants, brown shoes, black armbands and a gray rastacap.

Personality

Sandalwood is a cheerful, fun-loving person and is very friendly. He is a nature lover and according to Fluttershy, he is also very kind to animals.

Sandalwood is a member the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the Cross Guards. He also attends the Vanguard Academy as a student.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Canterlot High Nightmares

In Chapter 3, Sandalwood met up with Duncan Nelson, Ichigo Kurosaki and Micro Chips in the hallways of the Canterlot High School where he revealed that there is trouble. Upon arriving outside and witnessing Bright Idea going on a rampage, Sandalwood revealed himself to be a Blessed and aided Duncan and Ichigo in freeing Bright from the influence of the black gem. He is later mentioned to have gone home.

In Chapter 4, Sandalwood, alongside Bright Idea, Duncan Nelson, Ichigo Kurosaki and Micro Chips, are seen in the courtyard of the Canterlot High School while testing the portal machine when they accidentally made contact with Brannew and they immediately hung up, feeling awkward from the blunder.

In Chapter 5, Sandalwood is seen in the courtyard of the Canterlot High School where they found Trixie Lulamoon under the influenced of the black gem, and took part in a battle against her and the Emotionless. After Trixie was saved, he witnessed the reveal that the hooded figures are none other than Green Lantern and Skyroar Rampage.

In Chapter 6, Sandalwood is present in the courtyard of the Canterlot High School where Green Lantern and Skyroar Rampage revealed their plans on reviving Lady Adele using negative emotions. After some skirmish, Green and Skyroar fled, leaving everyone in disbelief and confused.

In Chapter 7, Sandalwood took part in a party in the Sugarcube Corner that night when the Rainbooms made their presence.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries

In Chapter 41, Sandalwood, alongside Eddy Skipper McGee, Flash Sentry and Trixie Lulamoon, are seen inside the cafeteria of the Training Camp where they briefly came across Dan Mandel and later met up with Edwin "Ed" Horace Williams and Randy Cunningham.

In Chapter 43, Sandalwood is amongst the many people inside the Training Camp whom is listening to Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke broadcasting the announcement of the 'Wildcard Rules'.

In Chapter 47, Sandalwood is seen cleaning his locker in the hallways of the Vanguard Academy when Bright Idea and Micro Chips met up with him.

In Chapter 50, Sandalwood is present in the training area of the Training Camp where he took part in a dodging-based obstacle course and then witnessed Flash Sentry activating his Gift. Later that day in the training area, he is seen hanging around when he witnessed Raya Amanda and Sylvia van Hossen challenging Eddy Skipper McGee and Marcus "The Kane" McGee for another game of H.A.V.O.C. Marathon which the boys accepted.

In Chapter 51, Sandalwood, alongside Bright Idea, Ichika Orimura, Laura Bodewig and Micro Chips, are seen hanging out in the hallways of the Vanguard Academy.

In Chapter 54, Sandalwood took part in doing voluntary work in a charity center called The Shelter. Later that day, Sandalwood, alongside Flash Sentry and Laura Bodewig, are seen in the kitchen where Mario Martinez thanked them for their help and after their father figure made his leave, they spotted Scootaloo and met up with them, she then revealed that she has been staying in the Shelter for a while since she is uncomfortable living with her mother at the moment. Sandalwood and the others acknowledged that there is something more behind Scootaloo's explanation but decided to let go of it for now out of respect.

In Chapter 59, Sandalwood took part in doing voluntary work in The Shelter where he also witnessed Adagio Dazzle and Mario Martinez' heartwarming conversation in the kitchen.

In Chapter 60, Sandalwood, alongside Flash Sentry, Precious Dazzle, Trixie Lulamoon and Wesley Bryans, met up with Adagio Dazzle in the courtyard of the Vanguard Academy and later witnessed Wesley getting hit on the face with a ball. Later that day, he, alongside the rest, visited the cafeteria where he witnessed Adagio making ammends with Aria Blaze and the Rainbooms alongside Eddy Skipper McGee getting rejected by Adagio. Later that night in the AniManga Cafe, he witnessed Adagio's performance on stage and gave her an applau se and afterwards, he took part on stopping Eddy from pouncing on Adagio.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Magical Movie Night

In Chapter 2, Sandalwood, alongside Octavia Melody, are seen inside a restaurant somewhere in Canterlot City.

In Chapter 8, Sandalwood is amongst the students present in the courtyard of Canterlot High School where everyone witnessed Starlight Glimmer and Sunset Shimmer in an awkward situation.
