Raya Amanda is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Raya is a famous fashion designer and a freelance model. Raya is one of Marcus the Kane's girlfriends.
Raya debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
Background[]
Raya was once an aspiring pianist who loves to perform when she was ten-years old. But tragedy struck when her jealous older brother kidnaps her, crushes her hands and cuts-off her legs.
Fortunately, she was rescued by a group of men while her brother died when he fells in a hole and got covered by cement.
Raya survived but with a price. She can never play the piano anymore after her hands got crushed and her height stops growing after losing her legs.
Raya later receives prosthetic arms and legs which was later replaced by cybernetic arms and legs. She later began working as a supermodel which made her quite famous.
Raya was then recruited by the Heroes Coalition to become a hero.
Appearance[]
Raya is a very, very small young woman. She has a long brown hair with two braided locks, she has green eyes hidden behind her dark-sunglasses. She wears a a black button yet open jacket over a white turtlenecked crop top, black tight pants with brown strapped belt, brown boots and a black beret. She also wears a necklace with a blue diamond drop around her neck.
Personality[]
Back when Raya was ten-years old, she was a polite and very kind girl. As Raya grew up, she rash, cocky and loves to boast her achievements. She has a habit calling other people not-so-demeaning nicknames. Despite her snarky behavior, Raya is cares for her friends. Raya is also openly flirtatious and is really bold when comes to showing her affections.
Raya loves shopping, being a fashionista and all, and loves to dress up her friends. Raya is highly competitive and doesn't like loosing a lot.
Raya hates being called short as it reminds her of the horrifying event that causes her hands and legs. And anytime someone calls her short or mentions her height, she would get angry and would sometimes go on a blind rage.

Raya is a member of the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the Cross Guards as it's second-in-command. She also attends at Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 12, Raya, alongside Sylvia van Hossen, are seen walking around the Training Camp when they came across Allen Walker, Lavi, Chad Mordetzky and Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt by the bleachers. After having a conversation with the guys, she bumps on to Alden and got angry when he called her various words about her short stature. She then went berserk and chased after Alden all around the facility in attempts to kill him but she was stopped by the others. Later that day at the mall, she and Sylvia are seen doing some shopping with Alden as their pack mule.
In Chapter 14, Raya is seen at the bleachers of the Training Camp listening to Dan Mandel's rant over Wesley Bryans' flaws. She later glared at Dan in disapproval after Dan threw a ball at Wesley.
In Chapter 18, Raya, alongside Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, are seen having a date in the spacious courtyard of the Dormitory Village when they took notice of Marcus "The Kane" McGee. The three had a conversation and quickly became good friends.
In Chapter 19, Raya, alongside the others, are joined by the new recruits Eddy Skipper McGee, Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Eddward Marion "Double D, Edd" Smith, Edwin Horace "Ed" Williams and Rolf Yrmi in the day's training. Later that night and after a whole day of training, Raya took part of the little get-together at the training facility's cafeteria.
In Chapter 27, Raya, alongside Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, Kenny Rogers and Sylvia van Hossen, are seen walking in the streets of Neo-City in the dead of the night when they came across the Shounen Bat, they tried to go after him but the enigmatic entity escaped. They then discovered Alden Cole's dead body in an alley.
In Chapter 28, Raya is seen inside the Training Facility of Neo-City and later took part of a rope climbing exercise which ended in chaos.
In Chapter 31, Raya is present inside the auditorium of the Training Camp where she witnessed the formation of the New Age Avengers.
In Chapter 40, Raya is mentioned by Miyako Gotokuji.
In Chapter 42, Raya is mentioned to be getting along well with Rarity Belle.
In Chapter 43, Raya is amongst the many people inside the Training Camp whom is listening to Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke broadcasting the announcement of the 'Wildcard Rules'.
In Chapter 50, Raya, alongside Sylvia van Hossen, made their presence in the training area of the Training Camp where they challenged Eddy Skipper McGee and Marcus "The Kane" McGee for another game of H.A.V.O.C. Marathon which the boys accepted.
In Chapter 53, Raya, alongside Pinkie Pie and Rarity Belle, are seen in the hallways of the Training Camp when Applejack Smith, Indigo Zap and Sunset Shimmer came up to them, and revealed that Pinkie is going on a date. After Pinkie left, Luna Loud met up with them and learned about Hunter Isaac Rey's current predicament.

In Chapter 3, Raya is mentioned by Aria "Arinah" Sakurada going on a date with Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Welcome to Herowood[]
In Chapter 4, Raya, alongside Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, Karizza Stronghold, Kenny Rogers and Sylvia van Hossen, are seen walking out of a clothing store inside The Multiverse's Crossroads of Herowood. She is later mentioned by Itsuki Myoudouin.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Magical Movie Night[]
In Chapter 1, Raya, alongside the Rainbooms, are mentioned to have been doing a fund-raiser via car wash in the Canterlot High School. Later that day in the Canterlot Mall, she, along Rarity, discovered a competition and decided to join, and after registering, they came across Lemon Zest, Sour Sweet, Sugarcoat and Sunny Flare, and had a conversation about the competition. Later that day in the music room at CHS, they met up with the rest of the Rainbooms and everyone agreed to join the competition. Later that day in the gymnasium, they are assisted by Photo Finish in making a music video when she and Rarity left to get some extra material and upon arriving in the mall, they discovered that the Shadowbolts has copied their concept, much to their shock.
In Chapter 2, Raya, alongside Rarity Belle, are seen inside the Carousel Boutique when the Rainbooms and Spike made their presence, and had discussion about the Shadowbolts copying their concepts. Later that day, Raya, alongside Rarity and Twilight Sparkle, confronted the Shadowbolts in the dance studio of Crystal Prep Academy and had an uncomfortable conversation. Later on, Raya had a conversation with Indigo Zap about the Shadowbolts in the Canterlot Park. Afterwards, Raya, alongside Rarity, are seen inside a restaurant when they came across the Shadowbolts and had a reconciliation with them.
In Chapter 3, Raya, alongside the Rainbooms, met up with the Shadowbolts in the gymnasium of the Canterlot High School where they teamed-up to create a music video. Afterwards, everyone are seen in the Canterlot Mall where they celebrate winning the competition when they came across Flash Sentry and Marshmello with the latter shared his idea of Flash and Pinkie Pie performing a new song is his. After Flash and Marshmello made their leave, everyone then had a serious discussion about Indigo Zap.
Abilities[]
Raya uses guns in fighting but her primary weapon is her cybernetic arms which can transform into a gist cannon, a blaster, a machine gun or laser gun. Most of her ammos have different effects and elements such as fire, ice and electricity.
Raya is also trained in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat.

- Raya calls Marcus, Gastank, due to his ability to create explosions using gasoline.
- Raya calls Sylvia van Hossen, Saber, due to her canning similarities with Saber from the Fate series.
- Raya calls Tillfur Lilmit, Bad Cook, due to her bad cooking skills.
- Excluding SpongeBob, Sonic and his friends, Nyaruto and the Yo-Kais, Raya is by far the smallest member of the Heroes Coalitions.
- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actress for Raya are Ashley Jenkins and Shizuka Ito (both voiced Coco Adel from RWBY).
