Paul Carter, also known as Precious Dazzle, is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Precious is a fashion designer and an owner of a clothing company called the Purple Rainmaker.
Precious debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
Appearance[]
Precious is a tall young man with a dark skin tone, he has a pink styled in a bushy mohawk with shaved sides, he has pink eyes and pink lips. He wears a pink cardigan jacket over a pink tight shirt, black pants, white boots and a pink scarf around his chest.
Personality[]
Precious fancies himself as a mysterious yet intoxicating presence, but there’s only one word to describe his actions inside a battle: ruthless.
Just because he’s dangerous, though, doesn’t mean he can’t look good. The enigmatic young man has exhibited unbridled flamboyancy from the start, sporting a frilled, jeweled look that would have fit right in a fashion show. He has the ego of a pop idol, too.
Despite that, Precious acts like a mother to his friends, very caring and supportive.

Precious is part of the Heroes Coalitions and is the leader of the Dream Express. He also attends at Vanguard Academy as a student.

In Chapter 13, Precious greeted and befriended the Inaba Investigation Group, and after welcoming them, Precious left when his friends called him.
In Chapter 14, Precious is seen at the bleachers of the Training Camp listening to Dan Mandel's rant over Wesley Bryans' flaws. He later glared at Dan in disapproval after Dan threw a ball at Wesley.
In Chapter 50, Precious is seen hanging around in the training area of the Training Camp when he witnessed Raya Amanda and Sylvia van Hossen challenging Eddy Skipper McGee and Marcus "The Kane" McGee for another game of H.A.V.O.C. Marathon which the boys accepted.
In Chapter 53, Precious, alongside Chunk Homunculus, Drake Gallantry, Long Lee, Robert Strong and Xavier Hero, took part in a six-man mock battle in the Duel Arena of the Training Camp.
In Chapter 59, Precious is mentioned by Trixie Lulamoon. Later that night in the Dormitory Village, he, alongside Trixie, gained Adagio Dazzle as their new roommate and welcomed her with open arms.
In Chapter 60, Precious is mentioned in the early narrative. Later on, he, alongside Cecil Sandalwood, Flash Sentry, Trixie Lulamoon and Wesley Bryans, met up with Adagio Dazzle in the courtyard of the Vanguard Academy and later witnessed Wesley getting hit on the face with a ball. Later that day, he, alongside the rest, visited the cafeteria where he witnessed Adagio making ammends with Aria Blaze and the Rainbooms alongside Eddy Skipper McGee getting rejected by Adagio. Later that night in the AniManga Cafe, he witnessed Adagio's performance on stage and gave her an appluase and afterwards, he took part on stopping Eddy from pouncing on Adagio. Later that night in the AniManga Cafe, he witnessed Adagio's performance on stage and gave her an applause and afterwards, he took part on stopping Eddy from pouncing on Adagio.

In the Epilogue, Precious is mentioned to have been getting along with Charlotte Dunois and Kanzashi Sarashiki.
Abilities[]
Precious is a Blessed with a yet unspecified Gift. Despite his over-the-top behavior, once he gets into a fight, his handiwork becomes practical and punishing, and any opponents who lets down his guard against him would be falling for a mirage.

- Precious' character is a mixed between Nathan Seymour of Tiger & Bunny and Velveteen Dream from WWE NXT.
- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actor for Precious are John Eric Bentley and Kenjirou Tsuda (both voiced Nathan Seymour from Tiger & Bunny).
