Oswald Wizner, also known as Ozzy Wizner, is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.

Ozzy originates from the Watcher's Realm and he is part of the Mississippi Four.

Ozzy debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.

Background[]

Ozzy is the son of Peter and Jessie Wizner, two owners of a southern cuisine diner located in Oxford, Mississippi. He and his family used to live in Austin, Texas in his grandfather Roland Wizner's ranch when he was little, then moved to Mississippi when he was 12 to start a new life, but they would return to visit during family vacations. When he and his family just moved in, he was having difficulty adjusting to his new life, back then, he was shy, socially awkward and timid, that lead him to being a target of bullying. It stopped when he met the Hollard twins: Joey and Kylie who stood up for him to be left alone and the 3 of them became friends and over half a year, he overcame his shyness, timidity and social awkwardness and started standing up to others. When he gained his powers he was scared at first because of fear of hurting his friends and family when not in control of his fire, but with a little help and assurance from them, he was able to control his powers. After hearing about his friends learning how to defend themselves without relying on their powers, he did the same, with his parents approval, he attended a martial arts school of his friend Suzie Takahashi where the twins also attend and he learned the art of gunslinging and lasso throwing from his grandfather and he and his friends would get together often to see how strong they've become. When they were found by Louie to be recruited at the Heroes Coalition, he and his friends prepared and during the night before leaving, his grandfather gave him a belt that contains revolver clips, a shoulder bag with shotgun shells, his trusty revolvers, pump-action shotgun, a lasso, his trench coat from during his younger days and a brown cowboy hat. He told him to be careful when on those rowdy adventures and wished him luck. Currently in the Coalition, Ozzy would often spend his spare time in the Tech Garage to help out with any maintenance and sometimes work on special devices for him and his friends.

Appearance[]

A tall teenage boy an inch taller than the twins, he has bald cut black hair, brown skin, average athletic build and brown eyes. He wears a white V-neck t-shirt under a dark brown open trench coat, a brown cowboy neckerchief around his neck, black leather fingerless gloves, black jeans with a gray belt that carries revolver clips and revolver bullets, two Colt Single-action Army Peacekeeper Revolver pistols holstered on either side of his hips, throwing knives on the back of his belt, a lasso also on his left side and a pair of black Nike running shoes. When on missions, he wears a brown cowboy hat and a pair of orange tinted sunglasses, a shoulder pouch that carries shotgun shells on his right side, a machete on his left side right next to his lasso and a Winchester 1897 Shotgun on his back and when a battle starts, he puts his neckerchief over his lower face.

Personality[]

He's courageous, optimistic and very straightforward. He loves the thrill of adventure whether if it's the great out doors or just sitting around at home watching TV or playing games. Like his friends Joey and Kylie, he likes playing videogames and watching cartoons and anime, and when he has nothing else to do indoors, he goes outside to exercise or practice his lasso throwing. He sometimes tends to be cocky towards his opponents sometimes and it would lead to him becoming overconfident and it would sometimes lead to making mistakes. He also tends to tease his friends or others about some personal things and it would often fluster them and it would sometimes get him in trouble. He also tends to be dramatic sometimes, whether if he gets teased himself, get insulted, or that he would pretend to get hit by a fatal blow. Like all others like him, he doesn't like being looked down upon like he's a piece of worthless trash (descriminated), he'd comfort those who're suffering the same situation as his ancestors did and he'd talk back at the discriminators and tell them off of how it would feel like to be in their own shoes, and if that doesn't work, he'll threaten to burn them to a crisp if they don't back off. He also tends to talk back at people who'd make insulting remarks or joking threats sometimes to embarass them in front of people. He's also a voice of reason, he can settle down a crowd whenever a fight happens or if some people would make some reckless decisions. He would also often ironically get reckless himself, and that would happen when he would charge into battle without even thinking. There are also some times when Ozzy can unintentionally be a "Jinx", like for instance that he said something that's sometimes a joke, it would eventually come true or when he'd state something that assured that everything was now alright when all of a sudden, something unexpected happens and sometimes it's always bad.

In Chapter 92, Ozzy made an unnamed appearance.

In Chapter 93, Ozzy, alongside a number of people, are seen inside a Japanese-style mansion where he is seen playing games with the rest of the Mississippi Four and later decided to take a break when Louie made his presence, much to their shock. Later, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the families, the Mississippi Four and Louie, are seen gathered around the living room where Louie explained everything including his intentions of recruiting the Mississippi Four. After a few discussions later, the rest of the families allowed the Mississippi Four to join, much to their joy and excitement.

In Chapter 94, Ozzy is seen inside his home packing up his stuffs when Roland Wizner and Alison Wizner arrives to express their good wishes and giving him gifts at the same time, much to his joy. The next day, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and their respective family, are seen outside the Takahashi Residence when Louie arrived and after saying goodbye to their love ones, the Mississippi Four made their way to Neo-City and arrives in front of the Training Camp, much to their awe. Later, they met Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke at the main entrance hall and later during a tour, they came across Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy, Gillian "Gill" Norman, Akatora Tsujimiya and the Creepy Guy in the cafeteria. They then later arrived in the training area where they were greeted by the sight of a crowd looking at them, much to their discomfort.

In Chapter 95, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, were introduced by Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke to a number of people inside the training area and is later seen having a meal inside the cafeteria of the Training Camp.

In Chapter 96, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, arrives at the dining area in their dorm of the Dormitory Village where he witnessed Kylie Hollard getting reprimanded by Olive Oliveras for being noisy, he and the rest of the Mississippi Four are later seen having breakfast with Rex Salazar, Danny Fenton, Gertrud Barkhorn, Andres "Singko" Alvarez and Aoi Futaba. Later that day, he and the rest of the Mississippi Four, took part of various training courses. After that, he and the rest of the Mississippi Four had lunch with Rex, Jake Long, Luna Loud and Herald in the cafeteria of the Training Camp where he witnessed Joey Hollard getting chewed out by Dan Mandel and later witnessed Joey dragging away Kylie for hugging Luluco.

In Chapter 97, Ozzy is seen walking down the streets of Neo-City after buying some games from a videogame store when he came across an alley where he found a case containing the Aura Hearts.

In Chapter 98, Ozzy, alongside Kylie Hollard, Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, Rex Salazar, Randy Cunningham, Malvina Rasputin, Eustace Bagge, Yoshika Miyafuji, Gertrud Barkhorn, Blake Belladonna, Ilia Amitola, Jaune Arc and Lie Ren, are seen having lunch at one table inside the cafeteria while having a conversation at the same time when they witnessed Joey Hollard punishing Eric Cartman before the former joins them. Later that day, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen having a conversation at the lounge area of the Training Camp when they came across Spear, Seryuu Ubiquitous and Rena Ryuuguu, and witnessed the girls' strange 'friendship'.

In Chapter 99, Ozzy, alongside Kylie Hollard and Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, were mentioned to have stopped Joey Hollard from killing Eric Cartman after the latter pranked the former. Later that morning, Ozzy seen in the training area of the Training Camp when Shizune Takatsuki and Cal the Exceed made their return and after the duo left the area alongside Jake Long, Hunter Isaac Rey made his presence and he witnessed Joey lecturing Hunter about leadership and chastising him at the same time but he is left in utter disbelief when nothing Joey said is acknowledged by Hunter. After Hunter left, he witnessed Joey getting kicked between the legs by Eric before running after the fat bastard. Later that day, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, went to get ice cream at Brainfreeze when they noticed a bright light from an alley and upon checking the area, they discovered something shocking.

In Chapter 100, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, discovered Willem Kmetsch and Nephren Ruq Insania inside an alley somewhere in Neo-City. A while later, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Winston, are seen inside the sick bay of the Training Camp where they explain things to Willem and Nephren. Later that day in the lounge area of the Training Camp, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, introduced Willem and Nephren to everyone and later took part in ganging up on Hunter Isaac Rey before the Ace Fighter left.

In Chapter 101, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Rex Salazar, Luna Loud, Taro Yamada, Shizune Takatsuki, Cal the Exceed, Darren Cross, Wakaba Saegusa and Jake Long, are seen at one table inside the cafeteria of the Training Facility where they had a conversation about the giant blue hand, the newcomers and Donald White.

In Chapter 102, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, arrives at the Vanguard Academy where they met Little Joey in the hallways. Later, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are introduced by Sawako Yamanaka in her class. Later that day, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Luluco and Nephren Ruq Insania, are seen in the cafeteria where they witnessed Eric Cartman getting beat up by Shawn Daggers and Vance Arrow.

In Chapter 104, Ozzy is seen inside a workshop in a dormitory somewhere in the Dormitory Village when Kylie Hollard, Luluco and Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi met up with him and presented to them the Stratoboards, and when he asked about Joey Hollard's whereabouts, Kylie then left to get her older brother.

In Chapter 107, Ozzy, alongside everyone, is seen inside the Central Command and alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, they are seen working on their apology essays when Tomomichi Motoyama told them to redo it due to using magic, much to their disbelief. Upon their arrival back in the Training Camp in Neo-City, Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four were greeted by Alexander "Xander" Campbell II, Claudia Campbell, Cedric Gordon, Luluco, Nephren Ruq Insania and Willem Kmetsch, and later introduced Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin, Hikari Karibuchi, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen to them. Later that day and after handing their apology essays to Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith, Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four made their way to the lounge area where they saw Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Aria "Arinah" Sakurada and Akane Sakurada having a conversation and is later annoyed when Kylie Hollard decided to hug Akane.

In Chapter 108, Ozzy is seen in the cafeteria in one dorm of the Dormitory Village where they had a discussion about Marcus "The Kane" McGee's relationship with five girls and later witnessed Major Richard Stronghold, Vincent van Hossen and Burgundy Amanda giving Marcus their blessings. The next day, Ozzy is present when the New Age Avengers and Bow Hothoof departed to the St. Harmony Island.

In Chapter 111, Ozzy is seen making his way to the Tech Garage of the Training Camp but is kicked away by Heath Slater and Rhyno. Later that day, Ozzy, alongside Kylie Hollard and Suzie Takahashi, are seen in a hallway towards the lounge area where they briefly interacted with Cloudia Cumulus, Corona Cactaceae & Dac and are later joined by Korriana Ramzyse. Upon arriving at the lounge area, they saw Hector Vanguard Jr. and Lukz Ramzyse having a game of checkers with Ozzy challenging Lukz in a game.

In Chapter 113, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen in one classroom somewhere inside the Vanguard Academy where they are serving detention while Sawako Yamanaka watches them. In a flash back, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Luluco, Nephren Ruq Insania and Willem Kmetsch, are seen showing Hikari Karibuchi, Naoe "Nao" Kanno and Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen around the Vanguard Academy, and upon entering classroom, Sawako revealed that Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four will be serving detention, much to their shock. After the flashback ended, Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four finished serving their detention and met up with Hikari, Luluco, Nao, Nephren, Nipa and Willem when Luna Loud and Rex Salazar arrives and told them about the SocialVerse, Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four were about to create an account when Pinkie Pie ambushed all four of them while asking them to be added to her friends list, much to their disbelief and everyone's amusement.

In Chapter 114, Ozzy, alongside Alexander "Xander" Campbell II, Chester "Chess" Blakely, Cloudia Cumulus, Corona Cactaceae, Dac, Flannery Faulkner, Hikari Karibuchi, Juniper Montage, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Suzie Takahashi and Willie Simons, are seen playing a game of hangman in the lounge area of the Training Camp when Kylie Hollard arrives and asked Hikari for help. Ozzy later witnessed Hikari and Joey Hollard having a moment underneath the Sakura Tree until it was interrupted by the arrival of Olive Oliveras.

In Chapter 115, Ozzy is mentioned by Kylie Hollard.

In Chapter 116, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Hikari Karibuchi, are seen having a conversation in a hallway somewhere in the Training Camp when they saw large number of Bearpenters building a facility outside. Kim Possible and Clarity Dresden then met up with them and explained that a new training facility is built due to the increasing numbers of new members. After Kim and Clarity left, everyone thought about the upcoming tryouts.

In Chapter 119, Ozzy is mentioned by Joey Hollard.

In Chapter 120, Ozzy is present inside the training area somewhere in the Training Camp where Johnny Bravo introduced Kanami Etou and Mira Fermin to them, and is present when Penelope von Steiner arrives and announced that Robert Strong's wife is giving birth, much to everyone's surprise and delight.

In Chapter 121, Ozzy is present in the main entrance hall of the Training Camp where Ian Valentine is making a scene when Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith & Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke made their presence, he then witnessed Ian getting kicked in the nuts by Taiga Aisaka. Later, Ozzy witnessed Ian getting beaten-up by the members of the Triumph Division & Eric Draven and afterwards, he left.

In Chapter 122, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Hikari Karibuchi and Luluco, are seen inside a mall in Neo-City where they came across Shabuboy Cruz selling illegal drugs and is being protected by men in suits, much to their shock and disbelief.

In Chapter 124, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Hikari Karibuchi, Luluco, Naoe "Nao" Kanno and Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, are seen gathered in a corner of the lounge area inside the Training Camp when Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke came up to them. They then shared their recent encounter with Shabuboy Cruz and Double D advised them to forget about the vendor, much to their shock and disbelief. Later that night, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen in a hallway of a dorm somewhere in the Dormitory Village while planning on taking out the vendor when Cocoa Belle made her presence and used her powers to destroy their memories, leaving them out cold on the floor.

In Chapter 126, Ozzy is seen having a picnic underneath the Sakura Tree outside the Training Camp where he witnessed the tearful reunion of Chtholly Nota Seniorious, Willem Kmetsch and Nephren Ruq Insania.

In Chapter 127, Ozzy is present inside the lounge area of the Training Camp where he witnessed Lukz Ramzyse and Haruhiko Ichijou having a game of checkers, and later with Joey Hollard.

In Chapter 128, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen inside the lounge area of the Training Camp where they are seen having a game of H.A.V.O.C. when Junko Enoshima came up to them and her presence made them freak out. Disgusted by their reactions, Junko decided to leave them behind, confused and frozen in fear.

In Chapter 129, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen making their way towards the lounge area of the Training Camp when they found themselves getting scared by Eustace Bagge, causing them to sprint faster towards their destination. In the lounge area, Ozzy witnessed the arrival of Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy and Gillian "Gill" Norman when Meme Touwa made her presence and started flirting with Buckles, he then witnessed Kiyotaka Ishimaru and the others prying the two apart.

In Chapter 132, Ozzy is seen inside the lounge area of the Training Camp and is later present in the auditorium where he witnessed the formation of Team G.O.A.T.

In Chapter 133, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen walking around the hallways of the Training Camp when they came across Chitoge Kirisaki, Rainbow Dash & Seishirou Tsugumi and had a conversation about Rainbow's crush on Marcus "The Kane" McGee alongside Yoshika Miyafuji knocking out Kylie Hollard for threatening Marcus. Later in the lounge area, he witnessed the minor scuffle between Bartlomiej Agbayani and Lucy Ashley, and then the confrontation between Korriana Ramzyse and Lucy before both of them are knocked out by Bartlomiej.

In Chapter 135, Ozzy, alongside Brent Dark, Gingka Hagane, Jaune Arc and Usopp, are seen at one table of the cafeteria inside the Training Camp where they are having a conversation about Joey Hollard's previous misfortune when Joey joins them, and despite his glaring presence, they kept on talking about Joey's past misfortunes, much to his shock and disbelief.

In Chapter 136, Ozzy, alongside Brent Dark, Joey Hollard and Yan Fung, are seen inside the training area of the Training Camp when Tomomichi Motoyama made his presence and revealed that his glasses are missing. He then took part of the searching Tomomichi's glasses until they found it on his head, much to everyone's amusement and Joey's disbelief.

In Chapter 140, Ozzy, alongside Jaune Arc, Joey Hollard, Lie Ren, Nora Valkyrie and Roka Shirogane, are seen hanging around on a gray sofa in the lounge area of the Training Camp when Clarity Dresden made her presence, he then witnessed Roka going into panic upon setting sights on Clarity and is knocked out by Joey with a karate chop, he then gave Joey a look of disapproval. He then subjected Joey in 'libre batok' treatment.

In Chapter 141, Ozzy is present inside the auditorium of the Training Camp where he witnessed the formation of the Destiny's Empire.

In Chapter 142, Ozzy is present inside the lounge area of the Training Camp where he witnessed Joey Hollard throwing a tantrum over his broken toy blaster.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Brave Witches[]

In Chapter 1, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Luluco, are seen flying around the vicinity of the Training Camp on their hoverboards. Afterwards, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Luluco, decided to walk around the park somewhere in Neo-City when suddenly the giant blue hand grabs them and took them away while leaving Luluco behind. Later in another world, the giant blue hand drops Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where they met Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Hikari Karibuchi, Gundula Rall and Edytha Rossmann.

In Chapter 2, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen inside an office in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing with Gundula Rall and Edytha Rossmann where the four explained things to the two superiors and managed to convince them to stay in their base for the time being. Later that day, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, introduced themselves to the rest of the witches in the meeting room where they proceed to get to know each other.

In Chapter 3, Ozzy, alongside Kylie Hollard, Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, Gundula Rall and Edytha Rossmann are seen watching Joey Hollard training a few members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing in the main base and later found himself getting beaten up as a result for helping Joey when they all suddenly felt a disturbance. Later that day, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Hikari Karibuchi, Sadako Shimohara and Georgette Lemare, are seen trekking a snowy forest when they came across a large number of Emotionless.

In Chapter 4, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Hikari Karibuchi, Sadako Shimohara and Georgette Lemare, are seen fighting a large number of Emotionless in a snowy forest near the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing when Keisuke Hijikata and Viktor Vale arrives in the area and aided them in fighting the creatures. After introducing themselves to each other, everyone are seen inside the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where Keisuke and Viktor explained their situation to them when Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke made a contact and revealed that aid is on the way.

In Chapter 5, Ozzy is seen watching Joey Hollard training a few members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing in the main base when they witnessed the arrival of a Pyramid-shaped Neuroi and before they could do anything, the Neuroi was destroyed by a beam of light and later witnessed the arrival of the Union Vanguards. As Kylie and the rest got to know better the members of the Union Vanguards, he witnessed Joey getting reprimanded for his disrespectful behavior towards Marcus "The Kane" McGee. After witnessing Marcus shoving two fingers in Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin's nose, everyone decided to continue on their conversation inside the base.

In Chapter 6, Ozzy is present in the assembly inside the meeting room somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where he found himself getting hit with a giggle dart by Joey Hollard and later put to sleep by Kylie Hollard.

In Chapter 7, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen making their way to the kitchen somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing when a strange figure offered them breakfast and later revealed themselves to Bow Hothoof. Later that day, Ozzy is present in the meeting room where Bow introduced himself before springing into action when an army of robots and a Neuroi made their presence.

In Chapter 8, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing, are seen taking on a group of Neurois before witnessing the Central Command decimating an army of Emotionless-Neurois. They then tried to destroy the remaining Emotionless-Neuroi but were thwarted by the arrival of Descend and Lucas Lee before fleeing, much to everyone's dismay.

In Chapter 9, Ozzy, alongside Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin and Hikari Karibuchi, are seen in the hangar somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where he is seen working on Joey Hollard's Stratoboard while having a conversation with Sasha at the same time when Tomomichi Motomiya arrives and handed him box of items, much to his gratitude. He is later seen in the dining room where Kylie served everyone Pork Sinigang for dinner. The next day, Ozzy is present in the hangar where Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Gundula Rall revealed that a spy is among them and later witnessed Marcus attacking 'Sasha' whom later revealed itself to be Evil Norman. He then witnessed Mahiru Shimokamiyama coming to Evil Norman's aid and is shocked to learn that she's a newtype-Emotionless.

In Chapter 10, Ozzy, alongside everyone, are still in shock when Evil Norman revealed that Mahiru Shimokamiyama is a newtype-Emotionless and after Norman explained his actions, Ozzy and the rest of the Mississippi Four tried to take him down but were taken out instead by Mahiru. After both Norman and Mahiru fled the area, Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin and Edytha Rossman arrives at the hangar and warned everyone about the oncoming threats to which everyone sprung into action.

In Chapter 12, Ozzy, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and the members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing, are seen taking on a group of Neurois and Emotionless in the skies, and managed to emerged victorious in the end. Later that day, Ozzy is present in the main hangar of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where the Summoner made her presence and witnessed Marcus "The Kane" McGee declaring war against her.

In the Epilogue, Ozzy is present when it was announced that the Heroes Coalitions and the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing officially finalized their alliance and later that night, Ozzy boarded the Central Command as everyone made their way back to Neo-Earth.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Undefeated Bahamut Chronicles[]

In Chapter 6, Ozzy is seen to have sneezed at the back of Suzie Takahashi whom responded by blasting him away.

Abilities[]

When he became a Blessed, he gained the ability to create and control fire and light, this is called "Solar Light", he has the ability to harness the powers of the sun, he can launch streams of fire from his hands, engulf his body in a fiery aura (Destiny Solar Light) which would make him look like a cross between a Solar powered Guardian and a Ghost Rider (minus the bones) without damaging his clothes or equipment, plus his eyes behind his sunglasses turn stark white, he can use his powers to enhance his weapons and make them fire powerful solar blasts (like the Gunslinger Hunter), create weapon constructs out of fire, send waves of fire by punching the ground, incinerating close by enemies (Solar version of Arc Striker Titan) and launch an orb of explosive solar energy (Solar version of Void Voidwalker Warlock). He's able to touch or hold other people without hurting or burning them when powered up. He's also immune to fire.

He's an expert in Boxing, Taekwondo, Judo and Long Axe fighting. He's mainly a gunslinger, he can fire at very quick speeds and reload at fast reflexes. He's also good with Bojutsu, Knife Throwing, Lasso throwing and Hammer fighting and throwing (like Thor throwing his hammer only that it's a hammer made of fire like a Sunbreaker Titan's Hammer of Sol). He's very knowledgeable about the art of different mechanics, and robotics making him an expert mechanic and he can learn quick when learning about different workings of machines and weapons unknown to him.

Weapons:

Dual Colt Peacemaker Revolver Pistols - Ozzy's primary weapons that he frequently uses with or without his powers. He can power them up to shoot fiery bullets or send blazing concussive blasts (like a Gunslinger Hunter's Golden Gun) towards the enemy. He keeps them holstered on either side of his hips.
Winchester 1897 Shotgun - Ozzy's secondary weapon that he can also use his powers with. Like his pistols, he can supercharge it up and fire a very powerful blast. This is super effective on enemies that are the size of elephants or bigger. He keeps it holstered on his back.
Latin Style Machete - Ozzy's third weapon that he'd sometimes engulf fire in its blade. He can use it on a close combat duel between blades. He keeps it strapped on the left side of his hip.
Throwing Knives - Ozzy's fourth weapon. When using these, he can throw either normal knives or flaming knives towards the enemy and he keeps them on the back of his belt.
Lasso - Ozzy's fifth weapon that he can use to round up enemies and he can engulf fire in the rope without burning it. He keeps it strapped on the left side of his hip right next to his machete.

Solar Weapons: Special weapons Ozzy makes out of fire that takes a golden orange color and a fiery glowing aura.

Nova Axe - Ozzy's signature Solar weapon. It takes the form of a double headed Battle Axe with a long pole that reaches up to his neck. This is his main weapon when he faces dangerous foes (such as Creatures of Grimm, Neuroi, Giant beasts and any other dangerous foe like Green Lanturn). He can engulf the axe heads in fire, send crescent shaped slashes and create rising geysers of fire by slamming the axe to the ground (think Pokémon Fire Pledge only without engulfing the enemy in a ring of fire).
Solnir Hammer - Ozzy's second signature Solar weapon. This takes the shape of a european Blacksmith Hammer. He can use it to hit enemies either by throwing it or hitting them directly with the hammer. He can also use it to harness the power directly from the sun (only when the sun's around) to amplify his hammer's power and send a large beam of burning solar energy.
Solar Staff - One of Ozzy's Trump card weapons. It takes the form of a Bo Staff and Ozzy uses it when surrounded by several enemies or when facing opponents specializing close combat. He can use it to create a fiery tunnels and fiery tornados and send them hurling towards the enemies.
Blazing Aegis - Ozzy's defensive and offensive weapon. It takes the form of a Captain America Style Shield (Solar Version of a Void Sentinel Titan's Sentinal Shield), he can use it to ram enemies with it and hurling it at them (like how Captain America does it). He can also emit a powerful solar energy beam with it (although not as powerful as Solnir's solar beam).
Blazing Vulcan - One of Ozzy's heavy Solar weapons. It takes the form of a Hand Held M134 Minigun with an ammo pack attached to his back. With this weapon at his disposal, he can mow down an army and heavily injure giant beasts.
Golden Javelin - Ozzy's most powerful heavy Solar weapon. It takes the form of an FGM-148 Javelin Rocket Launcher. This is his emergency and last resort weapon, for when an enemy is too powerful to handle, he uses this weapon to destroy the target in one blow and when firing this weapon it becomes a homing missile, no matter where they go, no matter how many times they dodge, no matter how hard they try to destroy the rocket, the missile never misses it's target and once he uses this weapon, Ozzy will become completely drained (unless he can absorb light from the sun to re-energize himself if the sun is out (like Superman)).

Mode of Transportation:[]

Blaze Runner – Ozzy's personal mode of transportation that he built. It takes the form of a brown and orange accented Chopper Motorbike with a back rest, jet boosters at the back and repeating blasters at the bottom front. It can cross any type of terrain including deserts, swamps, snowfields, etc. Its wheels can also protrude spikes in order to dig through ice, allowing it to go through ice floors and walls. It can cross any type of terrain including deserts, swamps, snowfields, etc. It can transform into "Flight Mode" with the back wheel separating into turbine propellers, 4-tube rocket launchers on either sides and a helicopter propeller unfolding at the top just behind the back rest (it looks like the Hovertek Cycle in hover mode from Power Rangers Operation Overdrive) allowing it to fly in the air as well as in space.
Stratoboard - Ozzy's other special mode of transportation that he built. It takes the form of a Popsicle stick shaped metal board with a white body, black surface with orange circuit designs that lights up and two rocket boosters on either side of the back. Ozzy brings it on every mission and it can be put away by transforming it into a cube the size of a Rubik's cube and putting it inside his trench coat.
