Mashiro has a long reddish-brown hair with the end tied with a ribbon and has brown eyes. She is currently wearing a white blouse, pink dress skirt over a yellow apron and white slippers.

Mashiro is a kind and caring mother, and would risk her life for her daughters' safety.

In Chapter 2, Mashiro, alongside Momo Isshiki, are seen inside the Isshiki Residence where they had dinner with the members of the New Age Avengers, Akane Isshiki, Aoi Futaba, Gingka Hagane, Himawari Shinomiya, Kenjirou Isshiki, Mizuha Amagi, Rei Kuroki and Wakaba Saegusa and had a rather wacky conversation.
In Chapter 5, Mashiro took part in a celebration party that night in the Isshiki Residence of the Izu Ooshima Island for their victory over Karasu and other stuffs.

- At the end of the series, she becomes well enough to leave the hospital and go home.
- Like most Anime/Manga mothers, she possesses a motherly side plait. She doesn't die from the accident but instead she survives from it.
