Mario Martinez is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Mario is a 53 year old man and the father figure of many. Mario holds many connections in and outside Neo-City, and in and outside Neo-Earth and was also known as the Great Wizard.
Mario debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
Appearance[]
Mario is a short man with a thin dark buzzcut hair, gray eyes and wears round glasses. He wears an opened checkered poloshirt, black pants and red shoes.
Personality[]
Mario is a very positive man, smiling most of the time and serves as a fatherly figure to everyone in the Coalition including Louie. His unique kindness and sincere words has earn him respect and admiration. He enjoys cooking and often serves food for everyone which they enjoy. Mario is very a forgivable man and is fond of giving people second chances, even to criminals.

Mario is the current president of Neo-City's Heroes Coalition and works at the Vanguard Academy as a Student Counselor.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 10, Mario is seen having a conversation with Danny Antonucci about the Unification Ceremony and the Golden Desire inside the headmaster's office in the Vanguard Academy. Later that night at the academy's auditorium, Mario, alongside Danny, explained to everyone about the origin of the Unification Ceremony. After Kazeyoshi Imai and Faye Bertha Conway were chosen by the Golden Desire as Crown Holders, Mario noticed some wrong with the magical artifact when it shot out a piece of paper with a name on it, much to his and Danny's surprise, Mario then announced that Lazaris Gemstone was also chosen as a Crown Holder, much to everyone's shock.
In Chapter 11, Mario, alongside Danny Antonucci, having a conversation with Lazaris Gemstone in the headmaster's office. They explained to her why she was chosen as a Crown Holder and encourages her to take the position as a way of her in moving forward in life.
In Chapter 15, Mario is seen cooking in the mini-kitchen while Ashley Plutia Iris Heart is sleeping on a table. Then Dr. Michael Pating arrives and told him that the doctor is heading towards New Meridian which he allowed him to. Later, Mario is seen alongside Dr. Pating having a conversation in the mini-kitchen while watching Peacock had a conversation with Squigly, Leviathan and Wesley Bryans when Ashley appears before Dr. Pating with keen interest, much to his discomfort and Mario's amusement.
In Chapter 16, Mario, alongside a few, are seen eating pizza in the mini kitchen at the Training Camp when Chris Pearson and Fabia Sheen joined them. Later, Elise Pearson arrives in the kitchen, he and the others decided to leave the mini kitchen, so Chris and Elise can have a private conversation though he came back to doze Chris awake after Elise's husband fainted when she revealed her status as a government agent to him. After that, Mario and the others came back to the kitchen where Elise announced that she's joining the Heroes Coalitions, Mario then watches the others stop Elise from killing Dan Mandel after the latter made an insulting comment to the former, much to his amusement.
In Chapter 22, Mario is seen walking alongside Esdeath in the hallways of the Training Camp where he told her the flaws about her philosophy which she accepted. Later they arrived in the cafeteria, Mario then witnessed Esdeath reconciling with Bols, Kurome, Run and Wave, much to Mario's joy.
In Chapter 28, Mario, alongside Louie, are mentioned that they initiated a fun idea to have two rookie trainees to have Ram and Rem as their personal maids for a month with Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Darren Cross were chosen to be their masters for a month.
In Chapter 30, Mario is mentioned by Edward Elric in his conversation with Ryuuko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryuiin. Later in a small kitchen located inside the Training Camp, Mario is seen doing some cooking when Penelope von Steiner arrives and told him about the new arrivals. Later, Mario and Penelope met up Pina Co Lada, Hamilton Uno Ror and Bozes Co Palesti in the main entrance hall where he greeted and welcomed them to the organization.
In Chapter 31, Mario is present inside the auditorium of the Training Camp where he took part of announcing the formation of the New Age Avengers.
In Chapter 33, Mario is seen cooking in the mini-kitchen somewhere in the Training Camp when Penelope von Steiner arrives and told him about the new recruit. Later, they met up with Anna Maymorie and the new recruit, Xyrielle "XY Girl" Yona, in the main entrance hall, they took notice of Xyrielle's guilt-driven state which concerns them.
In Chapter 34, Mario, alongside Kouko Kaminaga, are seen inside the small kitchen of the Training Camp and having a conversation about Kouko's desire to join the Heroes Coalitions to which he accepted and welcomed her. Later, he is seen observing the rope skipping competition with a smile.
In Chapter 40, Mario, alongside Houtarou Oreki and Rima Mashiro, are seen having a conversation inside the small kitchen of the Training Camp where Amu Hinamori and Miyako Gotokuji met up with them.
In Chapter 42, Mario, alongside Louie Lovenhope and Major Richard Stronghold, are mentioned have been in a meeting with Basilio, Chrom Ylisse, Flavia and Sumia Ylisse.
In Chapter 43, Mario is mentioned via narrative. He is amongst the many people inside the Training Camp whom is listening to Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke broadcasting the announcement of the 'Wildcard Rules'.
In Chapter 44, Mario mentioned the departure of Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith to the members of the New Age Avengers alongside the upcoming arrival of a new member.

In Chapter 50, Mario is present in the training area of the Training Camp where he witnessed Flash Sentry activating his Gift after partaking a dodging-based obstacle course.

In Chapter 54, Mario took part in doing voluntary work in a charity center called The Shelter. Later that day, Mario is seen inside the kitchen where he thanked Cecil Sandalwood, Flash Sentry and Laura Bodewig for their help before taking his leave.
In Chapter 58, Mario found Adagio Dazzle inside an alley somewhere in Neo-City where he offered her assistance to which she accepted.
In Chapter 59, Mario, alongside Adagio Dazzle, are seen in a kitchen inside The Shelter where he offered Adagio aid and a second chance in life to which she accepted. Later that day, he, alongside Adagio and Anna Maymorie, visited the Brainless Studios to meet up with DJ Alligator where Adagio found herself with a recording deal.
In Chapter 60, Mario is mentioned in the early narrative. Later that night, he is seen inside the AniManga Cafe where he witnessed Adagio Dazzle's performance on stage and gave her an applause and afterwards, he witnessed everyone stopping Eddy Skipper McGee from pouncing on Adagio.
In Chapter 63, Mario is seen being helped by Hector Vanguard Jr. by carrying bags in the streets of the Dormitory Village where he told Hector about his father and gave him a heart-felt advice which lifted his spirits.

In Chapter 7, Mario, alongside DJ Alligator, are seen at one table inside the Bruno's Bar of Herowood where he witnessed the performances of Koito Minase & Sayaka Maizono, Franchouchou and Muse on stage, and later found themselves drenched in water when Natsu Dragneel accidentally activated the sprinklers by breathing out some flames.
In Chapter 8, Mario, alongside Koutarou Tatsumi, arrives at the back alley of Bruno's where they stopped Mahiru Koizumi from attacking the members of Franchouchou and reassures Mahiru that the girls meant no harm, much to their relief and afterwards, he and Mahiru left.

In Chapter 12, Mario, alongside DJ Alligator, are present in the backstage area of the Majestic Dome in Herowood where they met up with Koutarou Tatsumi and had a conversation. Later, Mario, alongside DJ, are seen in a Skybox watching the performers of the Royal Musical Gala including Franchouchou and Muse.
In the Epilogue, Mario, alongside Chouji "Marucho" Marukura, Dan Kusou and Shun Kazami, met up with Chimera Wyld, Himeno Kimihara, Manami Mitama and Selena von Urquia, and they welcomed as new members of the Heroes Coalitions, much to their joy. Later inside the Training Camp in Neo-City, Mario, alongside Louie Lovenhope, are seen inside the small kitchen having a conversation when Ichika Orimura arrives and asked for permission to do a mission in his homeworld to which they granted.
