Mahiru Shimokamiyama is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Mahiru is a mysterious girl and is a member of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing with the rank of sergeant.
It was later revealed that she's actually a human-type Emotionless and is a member of the Dark Forces. After being given away by the Summoner, Mahiru is currently at the hands of the Heroes Coalitions but her fate remains in jeopardy.
Mahiru debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Brave Witches.
Appearance[]
Mahiru is slightly tall with a darkish-red, spiky hair with goggles on her head and has dark eyes. She wears a lab coat over a white blouse, dark skirt, white pantyhose and dark boots.
Personality[]
Mahiru is a lazy, blunt and is very insensitive but can be nice at times. However, all those traits were all thrown out of the window, when it's revealed that she's a human-type Emotionless, that she's only being controlled and manipulated by Gerry Genius.
After Gerry's death, Mahiru is reduced to nothing but a mere shell.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Brave Witches[]
In Chapter 2, Mahiru, alongside the rest of the witches, are seen inside the meeting room of the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where the Misssisippi Four introduced themselves to them where they proceed to get to know each other.
In Chapter 3, Mahiru is mentioned to bailed out when Joey Hollard decided to train the witches of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
In Chapter 4, Mahiru is present when the Mississippi Four, Georgette Lemare, Hikari Karibuchi, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen and Sadako Shimohara returned to the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing after fighting the Emotionless where they introduced Keisuke Hijikata and Viktor Vale to everyone. After introducing themselves to each other, Keisuke and Viktor explained their situation to them when Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke made a contact and revealed that aid is on the way.
In Chapter 5, Mahiru is mentioned to once again bailed out when Joey Hollard decided to train the witches of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing and later told Joey via a piece of paper to go play hangman, much to his ire. She later witnessed the arrival of the Union Vanguard on the rooftop of the base and nonchalantly called them 'idiots' before going to sleep.
In Chapter 6, Mahiru is present in the assembly inside the meeting room somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing.
In Chapter 7, Mahiru is seen inside the kitchen somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where a strange figure made them breakfast and later revealed themselves to Bow Hothoof. Later that day, Mahiru is present in the meeting room where Bow introduced himself before springing into action when an army of robots and a Neuroi made their presence.
In Chapter 9, Mahiru is seen inside the hangar somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where Kylie Hollard handed her a bowl of Pork Sinigang which she reluctantly accepted and thank her for it but she threatened Kylie that she'll hit her if she hugs her again. The next day, Mahiru is present in the hangar where Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Gundula Rall revealed that a spy is among them and later witnessed Marcus attacking 'Sasha' whom later revealed itself to be Evil Norman, she then came to Evil Norman's aid and later revealed herself to be a newtype-Emotionless.
In Chapter 10, Mahiru still had everyone in shock when Evil Norman revealed that she is a newtype-Emotionless and after Norman explained his actions, the Mississippi Four tried to take him down but were taken out instead by her. After both Norman and Mahiru fled the area, she went somewhere to town where Marcus "The Kane" McGee followed her. When Gerry Genius made his presence and explained her fate, he ordered her to attack Marcus.
In Chapter 11, Mahiru fought Marcus "The Kane" McGee in a town somewhere near the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing and despite her efforts, Marcus defeated her. After Marcus killed Gerry Genius, Mahiru's unconscious state is seen being carried by Marcus.
In Chapter 12, Mahiru is present in the main hangar of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing's main base where she is seen being carried on a stretcher by Tomomichi Motoyama and Horace Godwinn.
XP4 Heroes Coalition: Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 107, Mahiru's unresponsive state was mentioned to had been carried to the Science and Research Department inside the Training Camp in Neo-City.
In Chapter 111, Mahiru is mentioned to be one of Joey Hollard's cause of frustration.
In Chapter 114, Mahiru is mentioned in this chapter and is also referenced by Joey Hollard.
Abilities[]
Despite being a Witch, she never once demonstrated her skills and talents... or does she have one at all.
In her Emotionless form, she can turn her arms into giant claws which uses to swipe her targets. She can also sprout wings and shoots out sharp feathers.

- Mahiru is fond of the word "hang-man" whether that's or not true is up to debate.
- Originally, Mahiru was suppose to be Evil Norman in disguise until the author decided to turn Mahiru into a character of her own.
- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actress for Mahiru is Sienna Bohn (Sugarcoat from Equestria Girls) and Ayaka Ohashi (Kurome from Akame Ga Kill).
