Kylie Hollard is a character from the XP4 Heroes Coalition series of fics.

Kylie originates from the Watcher's Realm. She is part of the Mississippi Gang and the younger twin sister of Joey Hollard.

Kylie debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.

Background[]

Kylie is the youngest child of Jimmy and Abby Hollard with 3 siblings: Cam, Lizzie and Joey. Like her older twin, her parents only want what's best for them by having a normal life, it was turning out okay at first when she learned how to cook and bake and stuff and her parents were glad to hear that she wanted to become a Pastry Chef. But when she and Joey got their powers, they got worried (like any other parent would), but after some reassurance from Cam and Lizzie, the parents went and tought the twins self defense for situations when not relying on their powers or when they're useless as well as taking them to martial arts schools of their own choosing and Kylie was a fast learner, in time she learned of different medical procedures, medical herbs, etc. When she, her brother and their friends were sent to the Coalition, their parents gave her and Joey their vests which are bullet proof in disguise, her mother gave her an outfit that turns her into her Magical Girl form and her father gave her a custom made staff called the Star Rod that serves as her main magic item. Currently in the Coalition, during her free time, other than training, sparring, hanging out with friends and hugging some of her favorite characters, she'd often spend some time in the kitchen room cooking or baking and sometimes, she'd have friendly conversations with her new close friend Luluco from one of her favorite animes: Space Patrol Luluco.

Appearance[]

A tall teenage girl with half waist length brown hair held in a low ponytail by a white scrunchy, well slimmed build, medium bust, fair skin and teal eyes. She wears a white bell sleeved blouse under an open bluish gray sleeveless casual blazer vest, a silver star shaped pendant around her neck, a blue bangle bracelet with a silver star shaped jewel on it on her left wrist, a blue jeweled ring on her right ring finger, a knee length light blue pleated skirt, a light blue hip-bag with a star crest on it on her left hip, white knee length socks and cyan sneakers. She also carries a special baton strapped on the back of her waist, hidden within her vest. When on missions, she'd sometimes wear a pair of blue tinted sports sunglasses over her eyes and a blue scarf around her neck and when a battle starts, she'd put it over her lower face. When in her Magical Girl form, her hair is tied in a high ponytail by a blue ribbon and she's clad in a special outfit composed of a blue long sleeved button up blouse with a white ribbon with a silver and blue outlined star shaped jewel under a white and black accented button up vest and a white and silver accented open trench coat, blue tinted sports sunglasses on top of her forehead, bluish gray and silver accented knee length dress skirt with frills at the end with a blue belt with a cyan star buckle, blue stockings, white and cyan accented thigh-high high heeled combat boots with a blue star on the middle, a pair of dark blue and silver fingerless gloves, her star jeweled blue bangle bracelet on her left wrist, blue jeweled ring on her right ring finger, a blue scarf around her neck and her Star Rod held in her right hand and when a battle starts, she puts her sunglasses over her eyes and her scarf covering her lower face.

Personality[]

She's very perky (which is mostly cheerful, lively and bubbly) which would make her one of those who'd always be there to lighten things up from a very sad and gloomy atmosphere, she also likes making jokes sometimes and they'd sometimes make everyone laugh, although whenever she makes puns it would only make everyone groan in irritation (all except for those who either like puns or don't get it). Just like her brother, she's kind, empathetic and always there to help as well as very caring. She's also kind of a hugger, which means shed often hug her friends including her brother (much to his chagrin and embarrassment) as well as those that she find cute (such as those with short stature, sleepy looking eyes and anything that she thinks as adorable) and it would often lead her to hugging them out of nowhere after seeing them for the first time (this started after joining the Coalition). She also likes to cook as well as bake, thanks to some cooking and baking lessons she learned from her old school and from her mother, making her in a way an amazing chef and an amazing patissièrre and all the food she'd make is super delicious. She's also a big eater and she'd often eat a lot (think of Akagi from Kancolle) and she'd usually get angry whenever someone messes with her food even if it's an accident especially when it comes to her favorite dessert: Chocolate, marshmallow and caramel cake. She also likes playing music sometimes, typically playing the flute, it can help calm her nerves when stressed and she also likes to play the flute whenever she wants to make people smile and feel a sense of peace. Just like her older twin, she likes playing video games and watching cartoons but she's mostly an otaku. Her favorite kinds of anime are mostly those with magical girls because she thinks of how cute the outfits look and how awesome their magic powers are and it doesn't bother her if it's subbed, dubbed or an americanized version. Unlike her brother, she'd sometimes squeal in excitement whenever her favorite anime's are mentioned. Plus, just like Joey, she can sometimes be scary towards the bad guys who made her favorite characters suffer. She'd make threats of doing the same things they did to their enemies or in some cases to some anthropomorphic talking animals such as birds, boars, bears, fish, etc, she'd threaten to either pluck all their feathers or shave their fur and then cook them alive and turn them into a tasty meal and it would terrify them to the bone and to make sure she's serious, she'd creepily wonder out loud how they'd taste like after they've been cooked. Kylie also gets a little bothered of how very protective her brother can be even if he knows she can take care of herself but she knows that he means well none the less. And whenever her brother's in Creeper mode (mostly when he chases someone after being prank), she's always there, doing her best to calm him down. Like her brother, she picked up some Tagalog words from her mother but unlike Joey she'd rarely say some at times.

In Chapter 92, Kylie made an unnamed appearance.

In Chapter 93, Kylie, alongside a number of people, are seen inside a Japanese-style mansion where she is seen playing games with the rest of the Mississippi Four and later decided to take a break when Louie made his presence, much to their shock. Later, Kylie, alongside the rest of the families, the Mississippi Four and Louie, are seen gathered around the living room where Louie explained everything including his intentions of recruiting the Mississippi Four. After a few discussions later, the rest of the families allowed the Mississippi Four to join, much to their joy and excitement.

In Chapter 94, Kylie, alongside Joey Hollard, are seen inside their home packing up their stuffs while receiving gifts from their family when Kylie had a decent yet uncomfortable call from Edna Wong. The next day, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and their respective family, are seen outside the Takahashi Residence when Louie arrived and after saying goodbye to their love ones, the Mississippi Four made their way to Neo-City and arrives in front of the Training Camp, much to their awe. Later, they met Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke at the main entrance hall and later during a tour, they came across Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy, Gillian "Gill" Norman, Akatora Tsujimiya and the Creepy Guy in the cafeteria. They then later arrived in the training area where they were greeted by the sight of a crowd looking at them, much to their discomfort.

In Chapter 95, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, were introduced by Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke to a number of people inside the training area and is later seen having a meal inside the cafeteria of the Training Camp.

In Chapter 96, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, arrives at the dining area in their dorm of the Dormitory Village where she found herself getting reprimanded by Olive Oliveras for being noisy, she and the rest of the Mississippi Four are later seen having breakfast with Rex Salazar, Danny Fenton, Gertrud Barkhorn, Andres "Singko" Alvarez and Aoi Futaba. Later that day, she and the rest of the Mississippi Four, took part of various training courses. After that, she and the rest of the Mississippi Four had lunch with Rex, Jake Long, Luna Loud and Herald in the cafeteria of the Training Camp where she witnessed Joey Hollard getting chewed out by Dan Mandel and later found herself getting dragged away by Joey for hugging Luluco.

In Chapter 97, Kylie, alongside Luluco, are seen hanging out inside the kitchen of their dorm in the Dormitory Village where Kylie found herself accidentally encased in ice. Both Luluco and Yang Xiao Long tried to break her out but she managed to break out of her own however, she found herself in a shivering mess afterwards.

In Chapter 98, Kylie, alongside Oswald "Ozzy" Wizner, Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, Rex Salazar, Randy Cunningham, Malvina Rasputin, Eustace Bagge, Yoshika Miyafuji, Gertrud Barkhorn, Blake Belladonna, Ilia Amitola, Jaune Arc and Lie Ren, are seen having lunch at one table inside the cafeteria while having a conversation at the same time when they witnessed Joey Hollard punishing Eric Cartman before the former joins them. Later that day, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen having a conversation at the lounge area of the Training Camp when they came across Spear, Seryuu Ubiquitous and Rena Ryuuguu, and witnessed the girls' strange 'friendship'.

In Chapter 99, Kylie, alongside Oswald "Ozzy" Wizner and Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, were mentioned to have stopped Joey Hollard from killing Eric Cartman after the latter pranked the former. Later that morning, Kylie seen in the training area of the Training Camp when Shizune Takatsuki and Cal the Exceed made their return and after the duo left the area alongside Jake Long, Hunter Isaac Rey made his presence and she witnessed Joey lecturing Hunter about leadership and chastising him at the same time but she is left in utter disbelief when nothing Joey said is acknowledged by Hunter. After Hunter left, she witnessed Joey getting kicked between the legs by Eric before running after the fat bastard. Later that day, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, went to get ice cream at Brainfreeze when they noticed a bright light from an alley and upon checking the area, they discovered something shocking.

In Chapter 100, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, discovered Willem Kmetsch and Nephren Ruq Insania inside an alley somewhere in Neo-City. A while later, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Winston, are seen inside the sick bay of the Training Camp where they explain things to Willem and Nephren. Later that day in the lounge area of the Training Camp, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, introduced Willem and Nephren to everyone and later took part in ganging up on Hunter Isaac Rey before the Ace Fighter left.

In Chapter 101, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Rex Salazar, Luna Loud, Taro Yamada, Shizune Takatsuki, Cal the Exceed, Darren Cross, Wakaba Saegusa and Jake Long, are seen at one table inside the cafeteria of the Training Facility where they had a conversation about the giant blue hand, the newcomers and Donald White.

In Chapter 102, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, arrives at the Vanguard Academy where they met Little Joey in the hallways. Later, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are introduced by Sawako Yamanaka in her class. Later that day, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Luluco and Nephren Ruq Insania, are seen in the cafeteria where they witnessed Eric Cartman getting beat up by Shawn Daggers and Vance Arrow.

In Chapter 104, Kylie, alongside Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi and Luluco, met up with Oswald "Ozzy" Wizner inside a workshop in a dormitory somewhere in the Dormitory Village where Ozzy presented to them the Stratoboards, and when Ozzy asked about Joey Hollard's whereabouts, she then left to get her older brother. She then arrives in their room where she saw Joey reading a certain magazine and began to tease him, Joey then responded by chasing her across the hallways and Kylie had no idea that her brother got violently reprimanded by Shawn Daggers and Vance Arrow.

In Chapter 107, Kylie, alongside everyone, is seen inside the Central Command and alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, they are seen working on their apology essays when Tomomichi Motoyama told them to redo it due to using magic, much to their disbelief. Upon their arrival back in the Training Camp in Neo-City, Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four were greeted by Alexander "Xander" Campbell II, Claudia Campbell, Cedric Gordon, Luluco, Nephren Ruq Insania and Willem Kmetsch, and later introduced Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin, Hikari Karibuchi, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen to them. Later that day and after handing their apology essays to Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith, Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four made their way to the lounge area where they saw Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Aria "Arinah" Sakurada and Akane Sakurada having a conversation and everyone were later annoyed when she decided to hug Akane.

In Chapter 108, Kylie is seen in the cafeteria in one dorm of the Dormitory Village where they had a discussion about Marcus "The Kane" McGee's relationship with five girls and later witnessed Major Richard Stronghold, Vincent van Hossen and Burgundy Amanda giving Marcus their blessings. The next day, Kylie is present when the New Age Avengers and Bow Hothoof departed to the St. Harmony Island.

In Chapter 111, Kylie, alongside Anna Maymorie, are seen inside the small kitchen somewhere in the Training Camp where Kylie is doing some cooking when Ichika Orimura and Kanzashi Sarashiki joined them, and when Kylie declared that she'll be serving chicken stew, Chicken overheard it and ran away in fright, much to Kylie's dismay. Later that day, Kylie, alongside Ozzy Wizner and Suzie Takahashi, are seen in a hallway towards the lounge area where they briefly interacted with Cloudia Cumulus, Corona Cactaceae & Dac and are later joined by Korriana Ramzyse. Upon arriving at the lounge area, they saw Hector Vanguard Jr. and Lukz Ramzyse having a game of checkers with Ozzy challenging Lukz in a game.

In Chapter 113, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen in one classroom somewhere inside the Vanguard Academy where they are serving detention while Sawako Yamanaka watches them. In a flash back, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Luluco, Nephren Ruq Insania and Willem Kmetsch, are seen showing Hikari Karibuchi, Naoe "Nao" Kanno and Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen around the Vanguard Academy, and upon entering classroom, Sawako revealed that Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four will be serving detention, much to their shock. After the flashback ended, Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four finished serving their detention and met up with Hikari, Luluco, Nao, Nephren, Nipa and Willem when Luna Loud and Rex Salazar arrives and told them about the SocialVerse, Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four were about to create an account when Pinkie Pie ambushed all four of them while asking them to be added to her friends list, much to their disbelief and everyone's amusement.

In Chapter 114, Kylie learned that Joey is feeling frustrated and depressed, so she decided to do something. Later that day, Kylie arrives at the lounge area in the Training Camp where she met up with Alexander "Xander" Campbell II, Chester Blakely, Cloudia Cumulus, Corona Cactaceae, Dac, Hikari Karibuchi, Flannery Faulkner, Juniper Montage, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Ozzy Wizner, Suzie Takahashi and Willie Simons, and later asked Hikari for help. She later witnessed Hikari and Joey having a moment underneath the Sakura Tree until it was interrupted by the arrival of Olive Oliveras. Kylie then found herself getting confronted by a very pissed Erika Yeager after she broke a whiteboard, much to her horror.

In Chapter 115, Kylie, alongside Luluco and Nephren Ruq Insania, are seen having breakfast in the cafeteria inside one dorm of the Dormitory Village when Joey Hollard joined them. Kylie and the others then saw Hikari Karibuchi having a conversation with Nothingham Read II, much to their surprise.

In Chapter 116, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Hikari Karibuchi, are seen having a conversation in a hallway somewhere in the Training Camp when they saw large number of Bearpenters building a facility outside. Kim Possible and Clarity Dresden then met up with them and explained that a new training facility is built due to the increasing numbers of new members. After Kim and Clarity left, everyone thought about the upcoming tryouts.

In Chapter 120, Kylie is present inside the training area somewhere in the Training Camp where Johnny Bravo introduced Kanami Etou and Mira Fermin to them, and is present when Penelope von Steiner arrives and announced that Robert Strong's wife is giving birth, much to everyone's surprise and delight.

In Chapter 122, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Hikari Karibuchi and Luluco, are seen inside a mall in Neo-City where they came across Shabuboy Cruz selling illegal drugs and is being protected by men in suits, much to their shock and disbelief.

In Chapter 124, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Hikari Karibuchi, Luluco, Naoe "Nao" Kanno and Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, are seen gathered in a corner of the lounge area inside the Training Camp when Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke came up to them. They then shared their recent encounter with Shabuboy Cruz and Double D advised them to forget about the vendor, much to their shock and disbelief. Later that night, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen in a hallway of a dorm somewhere in the Dormitory Village while planning on taking out the vendor when Cocoa Belle made her presence and used her powers to destroy their memories, leaving them out cold on the floor.

In Chapter 126, Kylie is mentioned by Akane Sakurada and Aria "Arinah" Sakurada. She is later seen making her way out the Training Camp when Yousuke Hanamura and Chtholly Nota Seniorious met up with her, and she was shocked by that the latter is alive. Later, Kylie witnessed the tearful reunion of Chtholly, Willem Kmetsch and Nephren Ruq Insania.

In Chapter 127, Kylie is present inside the lounge area of the Training Camp where she witnessed Lukz Ramzyse and Haruhiko Ichijou having a game of checkers, and later with Joey Hollard.

In Chapter 128, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen inside the lounge area of the Training Camp where they are seen having a game of H.A.V.O.C. when Junko Enoshima came up to them and her presence made them freak out. Disgusted by their reactions, Junko decided to leave them behind, confused and frozen in fear.

In Chapter 129, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen making their way towards the lounge area of the Training Camp when they found themselves getting scared by Eustace Bagge, causing them to sprint faster towards their destination. In the lounge area, Kylie witnessed the arrival of Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy and Gillian "Gill" Norman when Meme Touwa made her presence and started flirting with Buckles, she then witnessed Kiyotaka Ishimaru and the others prying the two apart.

In Chapter 132, Kylie is seen inside the lounge area of the Training Camp and is later present in the auditorium where she witnessed the formation of Team G.O.A.T.

In Chapter 133, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen walking around the hallways of the Training Camp when they came across Chitoge Kirisaki, Rainbow Dash & Seishirou Tsugumi and had a conversation about Rainbow's crush on Marcus "The Kane" McGee and she is later knocked out by Yoshika Miyafuji for threatening Marcus. Later in the lounge area, she is laid down on a spacious couch.

In Chapter 137, Kylie is seen walking in the hallways of the Training Camp where she came across a dark room when Alice Hegstrand greeted her with a terrifying presence which caused her to scream in horror.

In Chapter 141, Kylie is present inside the auditorium of the Training Camp where she witnessed the formation of the Destiny's Empire.

In Chapter 142, Kylie is mentioned in the early narrative. Later on, Kylie is present inside the lounge area of the Training Camp where she witnessed Joey Hollard throwing a tantrum over his broken toy blaster.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Brave Witches[]

In Chapter 1, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Luluco, are seen flying around the vicinity of the Training Camp on their hoverboards. Afterwards, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and Luluco, decided to walk around the park somewhere in Neo-City when suddenly the giant blue hand grabs them and took them away while leaving Luluco behind. Later in another world, the giant blue hand drops Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where they met Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Hikari Karibuchi, Gundula Rall and Edytha Rossmann.

In Chapter 2, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen inside an office in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing with Gundula Rall and Edytha Rossmann where the four explained things to the two superiors and managed to convince them to stay in their base for the time being. Later that day, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, introduced themselves to the rest of the witches in the meeting room where they proceed to get to know each other.

In Chapter 3, Kylie, alongside Oswald "Ozzy" Wizner, Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, Gundula Rall and Edytha Rossmann are seen watching Joey Hollard training a few members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing in the main base and later witnessed both Joey and Ozzy getting beaten up when they all suddenly felt a disturbance. Later that day, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Hikari Karibuchi, Sadako Shimohara and Georgette Lemare, are seen trekking a snowy forest when they came across a large number of Emotionless.

In Chapter 4, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Hikari Karibuchi, Sadako Shimohara and Georgette Lemare, are seen fighting a large number of Emotionless in a snowy forest near the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing when Keisuke Hijikata and Viktor Vale arrives in the area and aided them in fighting the creatures. After introducing themselves to each other, everyone are seen inside the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where Keisuke and Viktor explained their situation to them when Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith and Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke made a contact and revealed that aid is on the way.

In Chapter 5, Kylie is seen watching Joey Hollard training a few members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing in the main base when they witnessed the arrival of a Pyramid-shaped Neuroi and before they could do anything, the Neuroi was destroyed by a beam of light and later witnessed the arrival of the Union Vanguards. As Kylie and the rest got to know better the members of the Union Vanguards, she witnessed Joey getting reprimanded for his disrespectful behavior towards Marcus "The Kane" McGee. After witnessing Marcus shoving two fingers in Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin's nose, everyone decided to continue on their conversation inside the base.

In Chapter 6, Kylie is present in the assembly inside the meeting room somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing. Later that day, Kylie, alongside Joey Hollard and Suzuka "Suzie" Takahashi, meeting up with Marcus "The Kane" McGee at the flight deck where she witnessed Joey trying to apologize to Marcus for his behavior only to find out that they're talking to a wax figure after the real Marcus made his presence, much to their shock and Joey's embarrassment.

In Chapter 7, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four, are seen making their way to the kitchen somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing when a strange figure offered them breakfast and later revealed themselves to Bow Hothoof. Later that day, Kylie is present in the meeting room where Bow introduced himself before springing into action when an army of robots and a Neuroi made their presence.

In Chapter 8, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing, are seen taking on a group of Neurois before witnessing the Central Command decimating an army of Emotionless-Neurois. They then tried to destroy the remaining Emotionless-Neuroi but were thwarted by the arrival of Descend and Lucas Lee before fleeing, much to everyone's dismay.

In Chapter 9, Kylie, alongside Joey Hollard, are seen in a living room somewhere in the main base of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where Eddy Skipper McGee gave them a small 'peptalk'. She is later seen in the dining room where she served everyone Pork Sinigang for dinner and later handed Viktor Vale, Keisuke Hijikata and Mahiru Shimokamiya bowls of the aforementioned cuisine. The next day, Kylie is present in the hangar where Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Gundula Rall revealed that a spy is among them and later witnessed Marcus attacking 'Sasha' whom later revealed itself to be Evil Norman. She then witnessed Mahiru coming to Evil Norman's aid and is shocked to learn that she's a newtype-Emotionless.

In Chapter 10, Kylie, alongside everyone, are still in shock when Evil Norman revealed that Mahiru Shimokamiyama is a newtype-Emotionless and after Norman explained his actions, Kylie and the rest of the Mississippi Four tried to take him down but were taken out instead by Mahiru. After both Norman and Mahiru fled the area, Aleksandra "Sasha" Ivanovna Pokryshkin and Edytha Rossman arrives at the hangar and warned everyone about the oncoming threats to which everyone sprung into action.

In Chapter 12, Kylie, alongside the rest of the Mississippi Four and the members of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing, are seen taking on a group of Neurois and Emotionless in the skies, and managed to emerged victorious in the end. Later that day, Kylie is present in the main hangar of the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing where the Summoner made her presence and witnessed Marcus "The Kane" McGee declaring war against her.

In the Epilogue, Kylie is present when it was announced that the Heroes Coalitions and the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing officially finalized their alliance and later that night, Kylie boarded the Central Command as everyone made their way back to Neo-Earth.

Abilities[]

Her Gift is called "Magic Sparkle", this Gift allows her to use magical energy by putting her thoughts to her imagination. When using her Gift, she can will herself to levitate in the air, making her fly, cast magic spells that will often glow with sparkles with her trusty wand which is her baton, transform her wand into magic weapons, create forcefields, have enhanced speed, strength, senses, endurability, typically she has similar powers to that of magical girls (such as those who carry wands or staffs like Illya and Miyu from Fate/Kaleid liner Prisima Illya and those who can attack and defend with close combat like the Precure/Glitter Force). When in battle, she often transforms into her Magical Girl form and it gives her more security with her powers but there are times where she doesn't need to transform into her Magical Girl form and only use her wand in battle and even without her wand or magic items, she's a very powerful magic caster on her own. Her Gift also includes invisibility, sleeping spells healing magic, nullification magic and dance control spells.

Like her brother, she's very fluent in CQC that she also learnt from her parents, Judo, Taekwando, Kyusho Jitsu and sword fighting in which she specializes Fencing. She's also an expert spear user, a master archer and a Gymnastics expert. She also has knowledge of medicinal herbs and other medical procedures, making her a medic.

Equipment[]

Magic Items: Before moving to the Coalition, she used her Gift to turn some of her things into magic items that would come in handy during some situations.

Star Rod - Kylie's main magic item, it takes the form of a blue colored expandable staff that reaches the length of a Hanbo Staff with a cyan semi circle bottom tip, light gray accents in between either tips and a silver crystal star within a transparent crystal ball on top. It also has a small sapphire in the middle of the staff, which acts as a button to extend or retract the staff to either it's Hanbo Staff or compacted Baton form. When in compacted form, it has two small hooks on either side in which is how she hides it within her blazer vest by securely hooking it at the back of her hip bag. This magic item was specially crafted by her father so that it could help amplify her powers, she can use it either in or out of her magical girl form, she can use it to cast spells, fire beams of sparkling blue light and she can magically transform it into different kinds of weapons of her own choosing.

Weapon Forms:[]

Shooting Star Bow - This weapon takes the form of a blue English Longbow with a crescent moon shaped hand protector with a cyan star symbol on it, silver tips on the tips of the bow and a moon shaped crystal attached to the middle curve of the bow. Using this bow, she can fire arrows of blue light, when the bow's string is pulled back, the moon crystal glows blue, creating and releasing an arrow that can travel almost up to the speed of bullets depending on how fast Kylie makes it. She can fire up to 3 bows at the same time (depending on how she positions her fingers), fire a barrage of up to 20 arrows using her speed magic and fire a big silver arrow in the shape of a shooting star (when preparing to fire it, the moon crystal along with the star symbol glows silver).
Crescent Moon Saber - A Rapier with silver blade, the hilt having a blue handle, cyan crescent guard and light gray star pommel. When using this weapon form, she can use her amplified sword skills to defeat big and slow enemies or any other blade user. She can make her sword glow blue and deliver different combos of slashes and thrusts (think sword skills from Sword Art Online) and when she launches a powerful attack, her blade glows silver and when launched, it's either a barrage of blade thrusts (similar to Asuna's Shooting Star) or sending a crescent shaped energy slash.
Trans Lancer - A Long Spear with a blue pole with a light gray bottom tip, a silver crescent shaped spear head with a cyan star crystal bellow the spear head. This is the most versatile weapon among her wand's weapon forms. She's able to use it for piercing, slashing, cutting enemies left, right, front, behind, almost everywhere, when using her spear, she moves like a blur whether in the air or on the ground, no enemy can escape her spear. She can throw it like a Javelin at fast speeds and she can multiply it into a rain of spears hitting the enemy. And her most powerful attack with her spear is launching a powerful beam of sparkling silver light. Like her other weapon forms when releasing a powerful attack, the spear head glows silver.
Astro Piper - A Western Concert Flute, the body of the flute is color blue with light gray accents and has silver star shaped crystal buttons. One of Kylie's trump card weapons, she can use this weapon to put her opponents to sleep and also make them dance depending on the tune she plays on her flute (think Pied Piper from Shrek Forever After). She can also use it like any other flute to play music to make everyone happy. Her most powerful attack with the flute, is playing a beautiful tune and send a powerful burst of silver energy, wipping out anyone she sees as an enemy with the only drawback being exhaustion (combination of Symphogear Swan Song and Fairy Tail Fairy Law).
Cosma Horn - A Trumpet with the body being color blue with light gray accents and has silver star shaped valve buttons. One of Kylie's trump card weapons, she can use this weapon to release sonic soundwaves that can send enemies and objects flying and it can be used to instantly awaken allies from a sleeping spell.
Frying Pan - A color blue and light gray accented frying pan with a cyan star in the middle. Kylie's special weapon. The only thing it can do is magically cook food without lighting a fire and it can knock out an opponent in one hit in the head.
Star Blaster - A color blue and light gray accented DG-29 Heavy Blaster Pistol with a silver macroscope and a cyan star symbol on the handle grip. Kylie's secret weapon that she'd use on some occassions. It can shoot unlimited supply of silver laser bolts and fire enhanced laser blasts (similar to a Dinomorpher blast from Power Rangers Dino Charge).

Lunar Ring - Kylie's second magic item, it's a silver ring with a blue jewel located on her right ring finger in or out of her Magical Girl form. This magic item helps amplify her healing magic, allowing her to heal peoples wounds, injuries, illnesses and restore her allies energy, she can also use it to heal herself.
Star Charm - Kylie's third magic item, its a silver star shaped pendant in a blue necklace hung around her neck. This amplifies her defensive magic. It allows her to create forcefields and defense walls, she can use it on herself and her allies, she can also enlarge them to incredible sizes so long as it doesn't strain her. When in her Magical Girl form, her charm's star pendent is transferred from her necklace to her ribbon around her neck.
Glitter Bangle - Kylie's fourth magic item, it's a blue bangle bracelet with a silver star jewel on her left wrist. just like Joey's Nerfwatch, this stores Kylie's Magical Girl outfit in a magic pocket dimension when not in use, when she needs to summon it, all she has to say is 'Cosmic Ascension', then her bangle shines a brilliant silver light and she instantly changes to her Magical Girl outfit, when she needs to change back to normal, she says 'Power Down'.
Space Bag - Kylie's fifth and final magic item. It's a light blue hip bag with a white star crest in it. She casted a magic spell on it so that it can contain infinite space. She can store all of her and her friends nessesities inside including very big items including important stuff. When she wants to get something from it, all she has to do is think of the item she's gonna get before taking it out.

Mode of Transportation:[]

Cosmo Scooter – Kylie's personal mode of transportation built by Ozzy Wizner. It takes the form of a white and silver accented Scooter Motorbike with jet boosters at the back sides and repeating blasters at the bottom front. It can cross any type of terrain including deserts, swamps, snowfields, etc. Its wheels can also protrude spikes in order to dig through ice, allowing it to go through ice floors and walls. It can transform into "Flight Mode" with the wheels turning until the sides of the wheels are facing down and a circular like bottom unfolding, forming a big hover turbine (picture the bikes from the game Planet 51 only it's just the bottom part) allowing it to fly in the air as well as in space.
Stratoboard – Kylie's other special mode of transportation also built by Ozzy. It takes the form of a Popsicle stick shaped metal board with a white body, black surface with cyan circuit designs that lights up and two rocket boosters on either side of the back. Kylie brings it on every mission and it can be put away by transforming it into a cube the size of a Rubik's cube and putting it in her Space Bag. Kylie uses it for emergencies in case her magic powers become depleted.
