Appearance[]
Kenny looks like some sort of goth. He has a short black hair and has blue eyes. He wears a blue hooded jacket, dark gray pants and black & gray shoes.
Personality[]
Virtually parent-less and living in a local trailer park, Kenny Rogers is frequently picked on by Troy and the other jocks.
When he’s not studying Kaiju lore or the back of his bangs, he has one eye fixed on Isabel and the other jealously following his new friend, Duncan Rosenblatt.

In Chapter 20, Kenny, alongside Cesaro Barbossa and Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, are seen having conversation in the streets when Marcus "The Kane" McGee carrying Karizza Stronghold in his back, Kenny shoots a glare at Marcus, much to his amusement. They had a small conversation before parting ways with Kenny giving Marcus a finger, making him chuckle.
In Chapter 27, Kenny, alongside Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, Raya Amanda and Sylvia van Hossen, are seen walking in the streets of Neo-City in the dead of the night when they came across the Shounen Bat, they tried to go after him but the enigmatic entity escaped. They then discovered Alden Cole's dead body in an alley.
In Chapter 47, Kenny, alongside Chad Mordetzky, are seen in the swimming pool area of the Vanguard Academyw while watching Selena von Urquia swim.
In Chapter 61, Kenny, alongside Cesaro Barbossa and Felipe Ignacio, are seen walking in the hallways of the Vanguard Academy before meeting Wallflower Blush in the backyard and got to know each other.
