Kamaitachi appears as a humanoid weasel with long white hair that wears traditional Japanese robes as well a sandals. He can also be seen carrying a scythe in both their hands.

In Chapter 116, Kamaitachi, alongside SpongeBob SquarePants, Toadal Dude and Nyaruto Nyazumaki, are seen cruisin' around a highway somewhere around Neo-City when a blue portal drops a girl before them. Noticing the wounds the girl had, they decided to take her back to the Training Camp.
In Chapter 118, Kamaitachi, alongside SpongeBob SquarePants, Toadal Dude and Nyaruto Nyazumaki, are mentioned to have brouight Kanami Etou to the infirmary of the Training Camp.
In Chapter 134, Kamaitachi, alongside Kyuubi, Nyaruto Nyazumaki, SpongeBob Squarepants, Teddie, Toadal Dude and Venoct, are seen in the frontyard of the Training Camp when Arachnus joins them, and everyone decided to hang out in the batting center.
In Chapter 146, Kamaitachi is amongst the people present in the courtyard of the Training Camp where they witnessed SpongeBob SquarePants running around in panic, and later took part of beating up Junko Enoshima.

In Chapter 42, Kamaitachi took part in a mission in protecting a Nuclear Factory at Magnum City. And when the mission concluded, Kamaitachi is present in complimenting Kyoutarou Suga for stopping Grad the Speed Demon.

Kamaitachi can cut apart someone or something at the speed of a gushing wind and is a skilled fighter.

- Kamaitachi is based on the youkai of the same name, meaning "sickle weasel". The kamaitachi is a weasel youkai with bristling fur, a call similar to a dog's bark, and most importantly steel-hard, extremely sharp claws shaped like sickles.
