Kafuu Kalawaiʻa is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Kafuu is a 17-years old beach cleaner with an appearance that can be described to be a mix between a stoner and a surfer.
Kafuu debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Mission Chronicles.
Appearance[]
Kafuu is a dark-skinned young man with a black hair tied in dread, he wears sunglasses that hides his creepy shrunken dark eyes and his face bores a permanent creepy smile. He wears a blue hooded shirt over a white sando, black shorts and brown sandals.
Personality[]
Thanks to the permanent grin on his face, no one can tell if Kafuu is sad, angry or confuse but he does exhibit those kind of emotions. Kafuu is a slightly mean-spirited as he enjoys taking advantage of his expression by creeping out others. He acts and speaks rather creepily making other wonder what's going on in his mind.

Kafuu is a member of the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the DAN Army. He also attends at the Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Mission Chronicles[]
In Chapter 3, Kafuu is seen on beach somewhere in Melemele Island reading a book when Kim Possible and Acacia Green approaches him. The girls then told him that he is a Blessed and is recruiting him for the Heroes Coalitions, he is seen interested but wanted to discuss things first with his parents. And after talking to his parents and getting their approval to get him join the Coalitions, they celebrated by drinking fish oil, much to the two girl's disgust. They later went back to Neo-City where they met up with Aria "Arinah" Sakurada and Eustace Bagge, and later freaks them out with his eyes, much to his amusement.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 21, Kafuu is present during Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Darren Cross' par at the training area in the Training Camp.
In Chapter 28, Kafuu is seen inside the Training Facility of Neo-City and later took part of a rope climbing exercise which ended in chaos.
In Chapter 30, Kafuu is seen inside the cafeteria of the Vanguard Academy watching Felipe Ignacio do a comedy act.
In Chapter 46, Kafuu is seen in the courtyard of the Vanguard Academy when Denki Kaminari announced that Ash Ketchum had won the Alolan League and took part of cheering their friend's latest achievement.
In Chapter 50, Kafuu is present in the training area of the Training Camp where he took part in a dodging-based obstacle course and then witnessed Flash Sentry activating his Gift. Later that day in the training area, he is seen hanging around when he witnessed Raya Amanda and Sylvia van Hossen challenging Eddy Skipper McGee and Marcus "The Kane" McGee for another game of H.A.V.O.C. Marathon which the boys accepted.
In Chapter 59, Kafuu took part in doing voluntary work in The Shelter.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Vividred Operation[]
In the Epilogue, Kafuu, alongside Luna Loud, are seen in the courtyard of the Training Camp where they came across with Aoi Futaba, Duncan Nelson, Taro Yamada, Wakaba Saegusa and Yoshika Miyafuji.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Romance Detective[]
In Chapter 1, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, are in the city of Lovebloom for a mission when they decided to visit an art musuem where they learned about the case of a stolen vase, they then met Chrys Heart, Heather Murphy and Romance Detective, and with Heather's permission, everyone decided to work together in solving the case.
In Chapter 2, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, came across Lupin McLupin in the streets and offered them his assistance and despite their skepticism, they reluctanly accepted his aid. Later that day, after getting lunch, they met up Lupin in a garage and learned that he tricked them before escaping them, much to their dismay. They then received a call from Heather Murphy and informed that the vase is found, so everyone sprinted off towards their next location.
In Chapter 3, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, met up with Stephan Lersch in the Lovebloomery flower shop somewhere in Lovebloom City where Stephan handed them the missing vase and shared them some info. Later that night, after meeting up with some people, everyone realized that Chrys lost her radio but they all decided to call it a night. The next day, everyone decided to have breakfast in a cafe and made an agreement to meet up with Stephan once more but on their way to the flower shop, they received a call from the thief and they immediately made their way towards the art museum.
In Chapter 4, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, spotted Daisy in the art museum and chased her to the Lovebloomery flower shop somewhere in Lovebloom City where Stephan Lersch helped them corner the little girl, Daisy then cried and apologizes for stealing and had only done it because she wants to repay Stephan's kindness. After forviging Daisy, everyone left the shop when Romance Detective declared that the case isn't over and beckon everyone to meet up with her in the cafe by sunset.
In Chapter 5, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, are seen gathered inside a cafe somewhere in Lovebloom City while having a discussion about their next move. Later that night in the Lovebloom Park, everyone are doing some searching when they came across Cupid and is suspected to be culprit of the mess but he is proven to be innocent, and learned from him that something more is at play. Later on, everyone decided to split ways for now with the members of the DAN army heading towards a convenience store while Chrys and Romance Detective head towards the latter's apartment.
In Chapter 6, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, made their arrival in a certain detective's residence where they stopped Chrys Heart from kissing Romance Detective, and later discovered that the roses are reason behind everything and decided to burn it but in the process unleashes a smoke that influenced the residents to fall in love to them, forcing everyone to retreat and sought aid from another person.
In Chapter 7, Kafuu, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, arrives at a weird garage somewhere in Lovebloom City where they met up with Lupin McLupin and asked for his aid to which he accepted, and later managed to trick the rose-influenced crowd by luring them all with a challenge. Later in the Lovebloom Park, they are seen picking some roses when Drake Garek met up with them and is revealed to be Romance Detective's ex-boyfriend, much to everyone's shock.
In the Epilogue, Kafuu is present at the Lovebloom Park somewhere in Lovebloom City where he witnessed the rocket-filled with roses being successfully launched into the moon. He then later witnessed Chrys Heart & Romance Detective sharing a kiss and Honne Nohotoke kissing Dan Mandel.
Abilities[]
Kafuu is a Blessed with a Gift called Pokemon Powers which gives him the ability to use various Pokemon moves.
The Pokemon Moves he has demonstrated so far are:
- Focus Punch - he punches his opponent with a glowing fist.
- Shadow Claw - Kafuu slashes with a sharp claw made from shadows.
- Flame Thrower - a powerful fire attack that may inflict a burn.
