Gillian Norman, also known as Gill Norman, is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics. Gill is the secondary protagonist of the Battle in Neo-City series of arcs.
Gill is conspiracy theorists and Buckles' best friend and often gets involve with events that occurs inside Neo-City. He was tasked by an unknown organization to spy at Neo-City's Heroes Coalition for reasons unknown. But it was also revealed that he acts as a double spy for Mario Martinez.
Gill debuted in XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
In the AWA fics, Gill attends the AWA Academy as a student. Gill lives in Heartlake City and attends Heartlake High. He is good friends with Davis Motomiya.
Appearance[]
Gill has a pale white skin tone, a messy brown hair and has green eyes. He is currently wearing a yellow buttoned shirt, black pants and white loafers.
Personality[]
As a conspiracy theorist, Gill can be paranoid at times but his capability to come up with dozens of theories is remarkable. When he is not acting paranoid, Gill can be calm and can act like a usual person.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 4, Gillian "Gill" Norman is seen alongside Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy, Akatora Tsujimiya and the Creepy Guy hanging out inside a treehouse on the Withered Tree at the Training Campgrounds. They got into a conversation where Buckles often gets the attention of girls which he denied. After deciding on a bet, Buckles drops down from the treehouse when Lyndel Flamburge arrives and gave him her number, much to Buckles' shock and Akatora & the Creepy Guy's jealousy. The two then proceeds to beat Buckles up while Gill watches them in amusement.
In Chapter 21, Gill, alongside Akatora Tsujimiya, Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy and The Creepy Guy, are watching movie inside a tree house on top of the Withered Tree somewhere in the Training Camp at Neo-City.
In Chapter 34, Gill, alongside Akatora Tsujimiya, Buccaneer "Buckles" Murphy and The Creepy Guy, are seen climbing the Withered Tree somewhere in the frontyard of the Training Camp.
In Chapter 56, Gill is present inside the Student Recreation Area of the Vanguard Academy where Peyton Blomma declared that she's joining every clubs, much to everyone's excitement.
In Chapter 62, Gill, alongside Buckles Murphy, are seen studying inside a kitchen of one dorm in the Dormitory Village but are being distracted by the party in the next room, much to their annoyance.
Abilities[]
Gill is an Oracle with an ability called Empath with the ability to manipulate emotions. With his abilities not really suited for offense, as he's mostly the investigative type, with the weakness of only tapping into one person's emotions, tapping into more than one would overwhelm him psyche giving a while to recover.
Gill is extremely intelligent as his brains has help his allies numerous times and despite his lack of close combat experience, he is at least skilled in using a gun.

- Gillian's codename as a spy is 'Rubberneck'.
- In the AWA Fics, Gill alongside Buckles were present during the Battle for ZeroTopia. But after the battle, they didn't joined the All Worlds Alliance in favor of a normal life.
- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actors for Gill are Ricky D'Shon Collins (Tucker Foley from Danny Phantom) and Takahiro Mizushima (Joujirou Takajou from Charlotte).
