Yuuka Amato

Yuuka Amato is a character from the Maken-Ki! anime and manga.

A third year student, like Takaki, and her close personal friend. Yuuka also serves as a member of the security division, where she keeps tabs on their budget, and with incidents requiring their attention around the school. In short, she's the head of Intel, a task befitting her skills as a ninja. But when she isn't busy, she spends her time pushing Takaki's buttons, which only she can get away with.

In the AWA fics, Yuuka is a student at the AWA Academy.

In the XP4 fics, Yuuka debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Mission Chronicles.

Appearance[]

Yuuka has a short purple hair and has brown eyes which are closed most of the time.

Personality[]

Yuuka appears to be carefree most of the time, teasing Furan a lot (mainly displaying her underwear); however, she is very cunning, mostly encouraging activities of the Maken-Ki that involve some kind of other work that needs to be done. The most obvious of these actions is the "match" between Venus and Maken-ki, where the players use broomsticks and soap while playing in the pool (using the grudge match to clean the pool). She also creates rules such that it would be unlikely that either side would win the match, as Akaya realises.

She later reveals that for many generations, the Amado family has been serving the Rokujou's as their oniwaban (ninja).

XP4 Fanfic[]

Yuuka is a member of the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the Maken-Ki. She also attends the Vanguard Academy as a student.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Mission Chronicles[]

In Chapter 18, Yuuka alongside the rest of Maken-Ki are seen chasing a criminal named Peeper Pete around the academy and when they cornered him, Pete unexepectedly taken them all down and were about to abduct them using the Dark Followers. Fortunately for them, the Dream Team arrives and save them and after that, Yuuka and the others thanked the team. Medaka Kurokami then suggested that they had a discussion in their headmaster's office.

In Chapter 19, Yuuka is present in Tenbi Academy's headmaster office where the Dream Team explains things to them. She along with everyone agreed to form an alliance with the Heroes Coalitions and later heard Peeper Pete warning everyone that his fellow followers will do everything to awakened their goddess, Lady Adele before getting knocked-out by Tenten.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]

In Chapter 65, Yuuka alongside the rest of Maken-Ki are seen inside the joint room of the Disciplinary Committee and the Safety Patrol having a conversation with Kiyotaka Ishimaru, Cornelius Fillmore and Ingrid Third. When Furan Takaki expressed uneasiness towards Kiyotaka which he noticed, she then pointed out Furan's fear of men which Kiyotaka reassured her that he'll keep his distance from her which is grateful for.

In Chapter 66, Yuuka is present during Vegeta's serenade in the school grounds of the Vanguard Academy.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - AKB0048[]

In Chapter 25, Yuuka is present in confronting the DES Soldiers in Neo-City.

In Chapter 29, Yuuka is amongst the thousands of AKB-fans gathered around the concert hall in a city somewhere Kasumigastar and later witnessed the return of Atsuko Katagiri and the rest of the missing idols, and had a great time watching the performances afterwards.

In Chapter 32, Yuuka took part of paying respects for Mace Wyndu's death by attending his funeral via burial at sea in Atamistar before witnessing the arrival of a fleet of Dimensional Defense Union ships whom paid their respects for Mace by gifting him with a Heroes' Tribute.

Abilities[]

Makaru - takes the shape of a earring that when brandished, can call back a soul even from the underworld and resurrect the dead. It can heal injuries, and allow the mind and soul to replenish at a speed suitable for the host's powers. It's the most striking of all the Maken. It is one of the original eight Maken, along with Haruko's Murakumo, Inaho's Kamudo and Furan's Habaya.
