Jillian Ryder is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Jillian is a 28-years old police officer and detective from a neighboring city of Mega-Tokyo, and is the older step-sister of Montel Ryder.
Jillian debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Tales in Mega-Tokyo.
Appearance[]
Jillian is quite tall with a slim frame and a dark-brown complexion, she had a long black hair and she had red-colored eyes. She wears a red leather jacket over a dark turtleneck shirt, gray denim skirt and gray boots.
Personality[]
Jillian is a hardworking woman, a loyal person and a is very friendly. Jillian despises people who causes crimes but can be sympathetic to criminals that wanted to change life.

XP4 Heroes Coalition - Tales in Mega-Tokyo[]
In Chapter 11, Jillian, alongside Airi Kagari, are seen entering an office inside the Mega-Tokyo's Police Department where they met up with Miyako Kougami and had a conversation about the Bite Gang, she then decided to team-up with Miyako in stopping the Bite Gang. She and Miyako are later seen walking in the hallways when Kyouka Shiohama asked them for some information but they declined to reply. Later that night, she and Miyako are seen inside the latter's apartment where they met up with Akaza Aru before immediately rushing back to their headquarters upon getting a call from Airi that Kyouka had been kidnapped by the Bite Gang. Later, she, alongside Airi and Miyako, are seen inside their office having a discussion about Kyouka's kidnapping when Chitose Suzuya entered the room and told them about the current location of the Bite Gang alongside Akaza's kidnapping, and upon hearing this, she and Miyako sprung into action. Later that night in an alley somewhere in the city, she confronted a group of Bite Gang members and got beaten up but is saved by Miyako, she then witnessed her friend shooting Kiyoshi Kageyama and Creeper Ushida, much to her shock while feeling pity for the boys. She and Miyako then left the alley afterwards.
In Chapter 12, Jillian arrives in a liquor store located somewhere in Mega-Tokyo where she witnessed Miyako Kougami and Akaza Aru sharing an embrace which made her smile. In the aftermath, Jillian, alongside Akaza and Miyako, are seen gathered in front of the liquor store when she said her goodbyes and left.

Jillian is armed with guns and a police baton. Jillian is also a skilled martial artist and a pro driver.

- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actress for Jillian are Junko Takeuchi and Melissa Davis (both voiced Rika Minami from Highschool of the Dead).
