Dr. Caesar Apoy is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Dr. Apoy is a 38-years old creature made of flames.
Dr. Apoy debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Strike Witches.
Appearance[]
Caesar is a creature with it's entire body covered by black flames with red highlights, he had yellow eyes and mouth and wears a lab coat, black gloves and boots.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Apoy but he is smart and goes along with Michael's plans.
Apoy is also good friends with Jimmy Neutron whom he sees as a son. Apoy is also good friends with Lord Dominator.

Caesar is the Head Assistant of the Science and Research Department. He is also an instructor at the Vanguard Academy.

In Chapter 1, Caesar, alongside Major Richard Stronghold and Dr. Michael Pating, are seen inside the Science and Research Department in the Training Camp where they briefed Rex Salazar, Yoshika Miyafuji and Eddward "Double D, Edd" Marion Smith about their mission in Yoshika's world and afterwards, they watched the heroes left for their mission when they heard loud noises of Rolf Yrmi getting his hands on Marcus "The Kane" McGee and Eddy Skipper McGee.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Haunting Grounds[]
In Chapter 1, Caesar, alongside Dr. Michael Pating, Louie Lovenhope and Major Richard Stronghold, are seen inside the briefing room of the Training Camp where they informed the members of the New Age Avengers of their latest mission of rescuing Gingka Hagane in the Junkyard Planet alongside introducing Xyrielle "XY Girl" Yona as the newest member of their team.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 46, Caesar, alongside Dr. Michael Pating and Major Richard Stronghold, are seen in the courtyard of the Training Camp where they gathered Ben Tennyson, Blook Ronko, Indigo Zap, Juniper Lee and Little Joey around, and told them that they are being sent to the Junkyard Planet to assist the New Age Avengers in their current mission.
In Chapter 54, Caesar is referenced by Mercy.
In Chapter 56, Caesar, alongside Hiro, Jimmy Neutron and Zero Two, are seen having a conversation in the courtyard of the Vanguard Academy.
XP4 Heroes of the Multiverse - Kickoff![]
In Chapter 16, Caesar, alongside Jimmy Neutron, are seen inside a spaceship traversing through the vast space while having a discussion about the alien battle they took part of earlier alongside picking up Hiro and Zero Two.
