Cloudia Cumulus is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Cloudia is a rich girl from the planet, Cloudbanc making her an Aerosolian. Cloudia is a good friend of Corona Cactaceae and Dac.
Cloudia debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition: Neo-City Diaries.
Appearance[]
Cloudia is a teenage girl with a petite appearance and a pale complexion, she had a white cloud-like bobcut hair and she had white-colored eyes. She wears a blue dress shirt with a cloud-like collar and sleeves, white skirt, white pantyhose and white boots. She is often seen sitting on a floating small cloud.
Personality[]
Cloudia is a bit of a snob which is a result of being so rich, she has a smug sense of superiority to her fellow students, taking every chance she can to show off. She is seen throwing tantrums when she does not get her way, and threats to fire the parents of anyone who disagrees with and/or annoys her.

XP4 Heroes Coalition: Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 111, Cloudia, alongside Corona Cactaceae and Dac, are seen walking in the hallways of the Training Camp where they briefly came across Kylie Hollard, Ozzy Wizner and Suzie Takahashi before making their way to the ice cream shop.
In Chapter 114, Cloudia, alongside Alexander "Xander" Campbell II, Chester "Chess" Blakely, Corona Cactaceae, Dac, Flannery Faulkner, Hikari Karibuchi, Juniper Montage, Naoe "Nao" Kanno, Nikka "Nipa" Edvardine Katajainen, Ozzy Wizner, Suzie Takahashi and Willie Simons, are seen playing a game of hangman in the lounge area of the Training Camp when Kylie Hollard arrives and asked Hikari for help.
In Chapter 145, Cloudia is announced as a new member of Team Idolo.
Abilities[]
Being an Aerosolian, Cloudia has the ability to summon a small cloud which she uses to move around. Her cloud has the ability to produced rain and wind, and sometimes a can create a storm whenever Cloudia is angry.

- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actress for Cloudia are Caitlin Glass and Haruka Yamazaki (both voiced Lilith Bristol from Absolute Duo).
