Chikara Masters are persons with given abilities that they must master to grew stronger.
Overview[]
'Chikara' means 'power' which is the reason why they are called a Chikara Master. Much the Blesseds, Chikara Masters comes out with different abilities from elemental power, weapon use, magic, talents or of use of sentiments. And much like the Blesseds, their powers were given to a person by a magical scroll known as the Quanli Vessel, however the difference is, the scroll can only give a portion of it's powers and it's up to it's receiver to master his/her powers to it's full extent. The Quanli Vessel is a living object, that chooses whoever it deems worthy of receiving powers from it.
The downside is the Quanli Scroll also gives portion of it's powers to even the most questionable people aka bag guys.
Training[]
Fortunately for any receivers, Master Regal, the strongest Chikara Master ever, opened a dojo where Chikara Masters would train and hone their skills and powers as Master Regal guides them as they continue to train hard until he/she graduated.
