Liu Jinhai Bocheng, also known as Chad Mordetzky, is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Chad is a warrior that participated in both medieval and warring states era war.
Chad debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
Appearance[]
Chad is tall and burly, he has a short blonde hair and has brown eyes.
His casual attire consists of a white sweatshirt underneath a black leather jacket, blue pants and white & red sneakers.
His battle attire consists of a black sleeveless muscle shirt underneath a red & yellow chest armor and shoulder armors, black arm gauntlets on his right arm, black cuffs on the left arm, black pants with a brown belt with straps around his legs and red sash dangling on the left side, black & white armor pads, black shin guards and black boots.
Personality[]
Chad is a flirt and loves to woo the ladies, however he is cordial and respectful. Chad has demonstrated that he can be a capable leader at times whenever Darren and Raya aren't present.

Chad is a member of the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the Cross Guards. He also attends at Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 12, Chad, alongside Allen Walker, Lavi and Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, are seen by the bleachers in the Training Camp when Sylvia van Hossen and Raya Amanda joined them. After having a conversation with the girls, he witnessed Alden Cole bumping on Raya with the latter getting angry when he called her various words about Raya's short stature. And when Raya went berserk and chased after Alden, Chad and the others worked together to stop Raya from killing Alden. Later that day at the mall, they watched and laughed at Alden while being used as a pack mule by Sylvia and Raya.
In Chapter 13, Chad's voice is heard calling out for Precious Dazzle at the Training Facility.
In Chapter 14, Chad is seen at the bleachers of the Training Camp listening to Dan Mandel's rant over Wesley Bryans' flaws. He later glared at Dan in disapproval after Dan threw a ball at Wesley.
In Chapter 19, Chad met the new recruits, Eddy Skipper McGee, Marcus "The Kane" McGee, Eddward Marion "Double D, Edd" Smith, Edwin Horace "Ed" Williams and Rolf Yrmi. During the training session with Major Richard Stronghold at a heavy traffic, Chad witnessed Double D getting hit by a vehicle twice. Later that night and after a whole day of training, Chad took part of the little get-together at the training facility's cafeteria.
In Chapter 25, Chad attended a Welcoming Party at the AniManga Cafe in Neo-City where he is seen alongside Dan Mandel, Darren Cross and Chris Pearson at one table being served by Air.
In Chapter 28, Chad is seen inside the Training Facility of Neo-City and later took part of a rope climbing exercise which ended in chaos.
In Chapter 47, Chad, alongside Kenny Rogers, are seen in the swimming pool area of the Vanguard Academyw while watching Selena von Urquia swim.
In Chapter 50, Chad, alongside Darren Cross, Eddy Skipper McGee and Marcus "The Kane" McGee, came out from the Gaming Room while having a conversation of Darren being labeled as a pervert, much to his dismay.
In Chapter 55, Chad is seen inside the Duel Arena of the Training Camp where he witnessed the fight between Darren Cross and Stella Vermillion.
In Chapter 58, Chad is present inside the AniManga Cafe where he witnessed the performance of Flash Sentry, Marshmello and Pinkie Pie.
In Chapter 63, Chad took part in pranking Hector Vanguard Jr. for a whole day inside the Vanguard Academy.

Abilities[]
Chad is a very strong fighter, his punches alone can break rocks, walls or anyone's skulls. Chad uses an iron bo staff and is very skilled it at it, he can send enemies flying by just a single swing and can create a massive tornado by just spinning it.
Despite his size, Chad is quick and agile, and has demonstrated great resilience and durability.
Chad is seen carrying a large red & black sword but never once uses it.
