Cesaro Barbossa is a character from the XP4 Series of Fanfics.
Cesaro is a young man from Brazil. He was tasked by an unknown organization to spy at Neo-City's Heroes Coalition for reasons unknown. But it was also revealed that he acts as a double spy for Mario Martinez.
Cesaro debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries.
Appearance[]
Cesaro is a tall young man with a fit yet muscular physique. He has a short messy black hair, he has green eyes and a light facial hair. He wears a yellow long coat over an orange buttoned vest and red dress shirt, black pants, brown shoes and black fingerless gloves. He also wear sunglasses and a light brown scarf around his neck.
Personality[]
Cesaro is very laid-back person with a knack of flirting girls and teasing others. Being a spy, Cesaro is extremely good in lying and is a genius when comes to mind games.

Cesaro is a member of the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the Destiny's Empire. He also attends at Vanguard Academy as a student.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Neo-City Diaries[]
In Chapter 20, Cesaro, alongside Kenny Rogers and Duncan "Firebreather" Rosenblatt, are seen having conversation in the streets when Marcus "The Kane" McGee carrying Karizza Stronghold in his back, they had a small conversation before parting ways.
In Chapter 31, Cesaro is present inside the auditorium of the Training Camp where he witnessed the formation of the New Age Avengers.
In Chapter 42, Cesaro, alongside Akira Nova and Felipe Ignacio, are seen walking in a street somewhere in Neo-City when Felipe claims that he felt a disturbance.
In Chapter 61, Cesaro, alongside Felipe Ignacio and Kenny Rogers, are seen walking in the hallways of the Vanguard Academy before meeting Wallflower Blush in the backyard and got to know each other.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Welcome to Herowood[]
In Chapter 4, Cesaro, alongside Shikamaru Nara, are seen inside the Marty's Lounge of Herowood where they are making their way towards the counter.
Abilities[]
With heavy hands and long limbs, Cesaro has rattled plenty of heads whenever he goes in a fight. He is also a skilled gunslinger and a versatile combat pragmatist.

- According to XP4Universe, his ideal voice actors for Cesaro are Bradley Steven Perry (Zevon from Descendants: Wicked World) and Jun Fukuyama (Gammon Sakanoue from PhiBrain).
