Brick McArthur is a character from the Total Drama animated series.
Brick was a camper on Total Drama: Revenge of the Island, and was originally a member of the Mutant Maggots, but switched to the Toxic Rats in Finders Creepers.
In the XP4 fics, Brick debuted in the XP4 Heroes Coalition: Neo-City Diaries.
In the AWA fics, Brick is listed as a purchased slave from the Slave Fortress. He is later rescued and became a student at the AWA Academy.
Appearance[]
Brick is a tall young man with a buff physique. He had a black flat-top hair and he had dark-colored eyes. He wears a dark-green turtleneck shirt, blue short pants, white socks, black military boots and had a dog tag around his chest.
Personality[]
Brick is an army kid who enforces the "never leave a cadet behind" code as if his life depends on it. He respects his superiors to the fullest, saluting them and even complimenting Chef's disgusting meals, something only Owen has done prior to him. According to Dawn, Brick has a need to be dominated, but when necessary he can easily take control himself. Brick and Jo are very competitive with each other. However, unlike many other contestants, Brick respects such skilled players. He also states his appreciation that they are on the same team. Brick can be tough, but he is also very sensitive. He has a habit of wetting himself and is also afraid of the dark. In Runaway Model, he cries when he unleashes a fashion disaster on Sasquatchanakwa. The incident makes Brick want to attend fashion school, which he proudly announces in Brain vs. Brawn: The Ultimate Showdown, much to everyone's shock.

Brick is a member of the Heroes Coalitions and is part of the DAN ARMY. He also attends the Vanguard Academy as a student.

In Chapter 88, Brick is present during the new team formation at the auditorium in the Training Camp where he was called-up as a member of the DAN ARMY.

In Chapter 34, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, are in the city of Ikebukuro in a mission to exterminate some Emotionless when they got dragged by their leader in an old pub where they fought hordes of Xenomorphs and after the battle, everyone decided to grab something to eat.
XP4 Heroes Coalition - Romance Detective[]
In Chapter 1, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, are in the city of Lovebloom for a mission when they decided to visit an art musuem where they learned about the case of a stolen vase, they then met Chrys Heart, Heather Murphy and Romance Detective, and with Heather's permission, everyone decided to work together in solving the case.
In Chapter 2, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, came across Lupin McLupin in the streets and offered them his assistance and despite their skepticism, they reluctanly accepted his aid. Later that day, after getting lunch, they met up Lupin in a garage and learned that he tricked them before escaping them, much to their dismay. They then received a call from Heather Murphy and informed that the vase is found, so everyone sprinted off towards their next location.
In Chapter 3, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, met up with Stephan Lersch in the Lovebloomery flower shop somewhere in Lovebloom City where Stephan handed them the missing vase and shared them some info. Later that night, after meeting up with some people, everyone realized that Chrys lost her radio but they all decided to call it a night. The next day, everyone decided to have breakfast in a cafe and made an agreement to meet up with Stephan once more but on their way to the flower shop, they received a call from the thief and they immediately made their way towards the art museum.
In Chapter 4, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, spotted Daisy in the art museum and chased her to the Lovebloomery flower shop somewhere in Lovebloom City where Stephan Lersch helped them corner the little girl, Daisy then cried and apologizes for stealing and had only done it because she wants to repay Stephan's kindness. After forviging Daisy, everyone left the shop when Romance Detective declared that the case isn't over and beckon everyone to meet up with her in the cafe by sunset.
In Chapter 5, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, are seen gathered inside a cafe somewhere in Lovebloom City while having a discussion about their next move. Later that night in the Lovebloom Park, everyone are doing some searching when they came across Cupid and is suspected to be culprit of the mess but he is proven to be innocent, and learned from him that something more is at play. Later on, everyone decided to split ways for now with the members of the DAN army heading towards a convenience store while Chrys and Romance Detective head towards the latter's apartment.
In Chapter 6, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, made their arrival in a certain detective's residence where they stopped Chrys Heart from kissing Romance Detective, and later discovered that the roses are reason behind everything and decided to burn it but in the process unleashes a smoke that influenced the residents to fall in love to them, forcing everyone to retreat and sought aid from another person.
In Chapter 7, Brick, alongside the rest of the DAN ARMY, Chrys Heart and Romance Detective, arrives at a weird garage somewhere in Lovebloom City where they met up with Lupin McLupin and asked for his aid to which he accepted, and later managed to trick the rose-influenced crowd by luring them all with a challenge. Later in the Lovebloom Park, they are seen picking some roses when Drake Garek met up with them and is revealed to be Romance Detective's ex-boyfriend, much to everyone's shock.
In the Epilogue, Brick is present at the Lovebloom Park somewhere in Lovebloom City where he witnessed the rocket-filled with roses being successfully launched into the moon. He then later witnessed Chrys Heart & Romance Detective sharing a kiss and Honne Nohotoke kissing Dan Mandel.

- Brick is one of the characters who serve as a "pain magnet" of a particular season, who is injured excessively as part of a running gag. He plays this role in Total Drama: Revenge of the Island.
